Horrible. If your tax associate is Lotus, wait until someone else is free. Although when she didn’t know what to do and had to call over coworkers they didn’t exactly seem like tax experts either.
I did not trust that my tax associate got me the maximum refund so a couple days later I did my taxes online without submitting to see what I’d get and it was DOUBLE what Lotus got for me.
They have a maximum refund guarantee so I went into the location on 5th and 75th and received excellent service from a representative who helped me to file an amendment.
