They did not file my taxes last year because of a payment issue that no one told me about. Worst part? Finding out in June. Plus, I made an appointment online for 8:30am only to find out when I arrived there that it didn’t open until 10am. I went to an HR Block in FiDi to finally file and received only blame. No offer of reducing the fee or acknowledgment of the legal danger it put me in! Find a local CPA you can trust and skip this whole corporation.
