H&R Block

I should have known something was up when my appointment «wasn’t put in the book».
I decided to take advantage of the 2^nd look that they keep advertising. I called the day before, was scheduled for noon the next day, brought all necessary documents, and was 7mins early.
Upon arrival the lady at the front desk gave me the «1 minute» finger as she finished a joke with someone on the phone. I brushed it off because it’s not that serious and I wasn’t there for her. When I was finally allowed to address her, I was told my appointment wasn’t in the book and she proceeded to get someone to assist me.
I was now sitting with Vaughn, he attempted to make a joke but I think I more laughed at the attempt than the joke itself. Then we got down to business looking at my returns from 07 to 11. After getting through the first return we were approached by the lady at the front desk. Who without an «excuse me» she decided to inform Vaughn that his client was here and she only wanted to see him. Again trying to remain calm I ignored it and waited for them to finish speaking. Before we could get back down to it, the lady came back and reminded him that his client was waiting… mind you, it was less than 3 minutes after the first reminder. So at this point his «scheduled» client started causing a ruckus in the front, the front desk lady kept interrupting my session, and Vaughn was obviously rushing me out the door.
He went from, «yea we could re-​do a couple of these returns and get you some more money» to «I think these were done correctly, we don’t need to look at them». Wait what? Five seconds ago you were unsure as to the accuracy and now, without even looking at the remaining 3years worth of returns, I’m being shoved out the door for a rowdy woman?
Yea this place needs new staff IMMEDIATELY.
This was unacceptable and I will NEVER return to this establishment.
