Beware!!! I took five things here and three came back with the original dirt and stains still on them as if they had not even been touched. The other two things were ruined. A white sweater now has large dark patches that were not there before. They offered to fix these things at no charge but did not fix them. They also charge ridiculously high prices and don’t take credit cards. This place is absolutely horrible.

I could not agree more with the previous reviewer. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to look up this cleaner online and warn others. To be fair, I have never had problems with my pants, but everything else, they ruin. My sweaters have come back either with a terrible odor, stretched, or worse of all, have LINT all over them! My dresses and blouses have come back with stains on them. Absolutely horrible. There were so many signs (I have never encountered another customer there, never!) and unfortunately for me I didn’t pay close attention. If it made sense to sue him, I would for their terrible business practices. Frankly, I think they put all the clothes in the washing machine, when you are paying to have them dry cleaned. How else would a perfectly nice sweater have so much lint all over it? Like previous reviewer said, AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOLE IN THE WALL! They totally ruined my clothes and when i complained the owners began to cuss me out and hell at the top of their lungs! BUT WAIT! Not only did they cuss me out but he then threw my jack at me! Then he physically assaulted me! This is no lie! I have my police report and this man was charged with assault 3! This business need to be shut down! I will do whatever is in my power to make this happen! They do not care about customer service or respect for their patrons! He will cuss you out and fight you without even thinking about! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! I will be petitioning to close this place and will update this post with the detailed information. Lets get better businesses in our communities, who will appreciate our business.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! This place deserves zero stars and should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau for deceptive business practices. They charge ridiculous Manhattan prices in the middle of Bed Stuy and then only take —a fact that is not displayed anywhere but rather only disclosed as you are picking up your clothing. I think they did a TERRIBLE job with my clothes. One shirt they RUINED and when I asked the guy about it he immediately starting yelling and saying they couldnt get the stain out. Funny thing is there was not a stain on it when I brought it in– they created the mark! The proprietor screamed at me when I calmly asked him about the mark and then walked away from the counter. When I told him I was trying to speak to him he then told me he couldnt speak English. Strange since up until that point he seemed to speak English fine. So now I am left with a ruined shirt that I paid them to ruin and a sour taste in my mouth for the unprofessional manner in which I was treated. DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CLOTHING HERE!!!
