High Definition Fitness Center

Hate writing bad reviews… I live like 2 blocks from here and never checked it out until just now… Wow… Dirty grimy gym… Felt like I was locked up… UP NORTH… Stay home… Push-​ups… Sit-​ups… Dips… LOL… Just walked outta here and will never go back…

This gym is not bad at all. I found out about this gym a couple days ago and I live 2 blocks away — very convenient. No one really gets in your way. There are plenty of free weights and machines to utilize. The staff is friendly and are willing to help.
There is no rags and spray solution to wipe down the machines after you’re down with a certain equipment so walk with your own wipes.
If you’re trying to do core work, I recommend bringing a mat.
Overall, this gym is good. Reminds me of the ‘classic’ gym.

Vsted this gym a second time with my brother and i really like it! Going to stop my membership with Planet Fatness (lol)! and enroll here! 99 $ for 6 months is a great deal for a cool small gym. Unlike planet fatness, I actually look forward to coming to this one because its small laid back and they play loud spanish music which i love! Love that they have the tv’s right in front of the carido machines (treadmill, elliptical, bikes, ext). See you again soon High Definition !!

The gym is good. Great equipment. Everything you need to reach your workout goals. Gets extrememly crowded during primetime. Better to go there in the morning. I believe they open at 5am. Weekends are pretty empty as well in the morning and early afternoon. Last time I was there the mens sauna was not in use.
Only downfall is that there is only one shower in the mens locker room.
Drivers beware! My buddy’s car was vandalized one morning while parked on Shepherd Ave.

Well its a new year, and like lots of people i made a new years resolution, and like lots of people my resolution is to lose weight, lots of it (just look at my pics, as you can see I’m a BIG guy).
I searched high and low for a gym that was cheap and good with lots of machines (i hate waiting), and i found one… High Definition Fitness Center. I’ve been attending the gym for about 3 weeks now and i really enjoy it. The gym has lots of equipment so there’s really no waiting time and the staff is nice and hot (I’m only talking about the female staff). The gym is mainly used by males but there are a fare number of females that attend it. like i wrote above I’ve been going there for 3 weeks and I’m sticking with it, plus you cant go wrong with a gym that has a few hot employs (females only).
