We toured this showroom this past weekend and it was impressive. Renovating a bathroom or kitchen can be stressful and time consuming, but since it usually only happens every few decades or so, it has to be well planned, or there will be regret once you walk into your finished product on a daily basis. They had beautiful hardware and fixtures in a well designed storefront. There’s nothing compared to seeing and feeling something in person if you’re going to be investing thousands into your home. We sat with someone to review the items we liked and although some of it was pricey, you get what you pay for. As a novice, it was helpful to discuss what stone was more durable and met our lifestyle. That’s not something you’ll usually find in Home Depot or Lowes…

The whole experience could not have been better. Purchased Blu Bathworks items to fully equip three bathrooms, all done over the phone without any miscommunication. David Fogel was a great listener and communicator. I was drawn to Home & Stone because of their pricing, but they then made it even better by storing everything until I needed it, and delivering it at no additional cost. Once again, the experience could not have been better.

Great place if you redesigning your bathroom(or building new one!) — one stop shop for every hi-end fixture and décor, from Duravit and Totos to MTI or tile and stone. If you not sure about something, they will help you with your selection. We did get some delays when coordinating large order from different manufacturers — which is quite understandable, but on the end everything came out beautiful.

Looking for fixtures for my bathroom remodel last year, a friend told me about Home & Stone — she said the prices were better than I would find for the same products at any of the big box stores or online. And she was right! I got everything, including a Kohler bathtub, Duravit sink, Grohe fixtures AND my marble tiles from Home & Stone and paid much less than I thought possible. Adina(for the fixtures) and Jerry(for the tile) were wonderful to work with. So, when we finished the bathroom and moved on to the kitchen, I got everything I could at Home & Stone again. And when we ran out of backsplash tiles(because I didn’t like the tiling work done and had the backsplash ripped out, which broke a number of the tiles), Jerry was again amazing to work with. Rather than having to buy a whole box of tiles, he’s shipping me a number of extra, which is amazing. I would not hesitate to use them again(and again)!

Worked with David. He was very responsive over email, bore with us through a lengthy picking out process, and got us great prices! Their showroom in Brooklyn is great — lots of modern items not found at typical big box stores — and convenient weekend hours. Bought an entire bathroom and are very pleased. Shipping time was in line with what David quoted us as well.

I would give them no stars if I could. Placed an order online from them last week, didnt hear anything for days so I left them two voicemails. Again, no response. I emailed them and finally someone named«Joe» replied back saying that the manufacturer discontinued the item. Um… okay, so why didnt anyone call and let me know. He emailed me back a black and white xeroxed faded photo of what the manufacturer now offers except that it was the wrong sized vanity I was looking for! When I called to speak with him, he was extremely rude and cut me off. I told him to cancel my order which he agreed to do. Stated he would send me a cancellation/refund confirmation and I didnt get it until I again had to email and ask for it. Terrible customer service, I ended up calling discount bathroom vanities who were wayyy nicer and were able to sell me the same vanity that was supposedly discontinued!

We bought from them a good list of Hansgrohe faucets and accessories. We were looking for a Internet Store and liked the fact that they have a showroom — basically a real store and a not a reconverted garage. We found their prices to be unbeatable and had a good interaction with the sales folks over the phone. They had Hansgrohe ship directly to us and the only drawback is that you have to call them to get a tracking number and we also received multiple packages(some items were back ordered). We also had one item with a discoloration and went through their RMA process. No problem again, it took a little while to receive the replacement but nothing incredible. We have since bought a few more items and again had a good experience. Still if you want good prices on Hansgrohe, better plan ahead but for us it allowed to get something better for our budget.
