Integrative Medical Massage & Acupuncture Therapy

I recently had a session with Michael and was left feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. This was the first time i’d had a deep tissue/​structural integration massage and didn’t know what to expect, but Michael’s professionalism put me at ease. He focused on a few problem areas and was happy to walk me through exactly what he was doing and why it would help with mobility. The Rolfing was not painful and every motion was purposeful. When the session was over, he showed me a few exercises I should start doing at home.
I look forward to scheduling another appointment and would love to try acupuncture; another one of his specialties.

Just had a structural integration session with Michael today. I had been experiencing some pain in my wrists and shoulders as well as general aches and pains from being physically active.
The session began with a detailed intake form. Michael has a calm, patient way about him and is a good listener. I like that Michael took time to carefully ask questions about my health, rather than rushing into session like so many other places do.
Once the session began, Michael did a postural analysis and assessment of my muscles, range of motion, etc. Michael was able to pick up things that I wasn’t even aware of. Michaels method of working each area of contention was pretty remarkable and I’ve worked with a lot of different body workers. I also like that Michael checked in with me throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable.
Once the session was over I saw and felt RESULTS. My range of motion improved and the general soreness had been alleviated to some extent. I’m going to be booking another session with Michael in the future as this type of body work definitely builds with each session.
