Jimmy’s was open during the one of the worst top5 blizzards in NYC and serving hot slices for $ 2.50/ea! Was so happy bought 2 pies and wrote this post to tell everyone that if you like classic Brooklyn slices with snack options including: pasta, fries, onion rings & ice cream — maybe don’t eat everything in one sitting lol — then this is the spot for you. There was enough room to wait casually while watching tv they have and there’s plenty drinks in the cooler. Great pizza, low prices and convenient walk-in environment!

Jimmys #pizza #bushwick #brooklyn is very close to my apartment and I’m thankfull for that. They are always fast, friendly and the pizza is pretty good. I do recommend that if you like your crust crispy you let them know. They tend to prefer speed of service over crispy crust. Also if you hate minimum charges as much as I do Jimmys is a minor offender. Their minimum is $ 5 whish is perfect if you want two slices of pepperoni. Over all a great local pizza joint… check them out.

Totally a solid joint to grab a slice. We went in and took it to go, so we didn’t have to worry about delivery times, etc. The service was quick, the pizza came quicker. I’d definitely come back.

best pizza in the area. one of my favorite pies in nyc. pizza is light and the sauce is sweet. i can eat it nonstop all day. so delicious. they could easily charge an arm and a leg for this quality pizza but they dont. great food at great prices. and everyone who works there is always polite. delivery always comes faster than expected as well.

Jimmys’ idea of pasta includes: A glop of canned tomato sauce on the side, over cooked pasta noodles still drenched in the water it was boiled in and some brown broccoli nicely tooked underneath. The pizza was worse. Cardboard crust with meat that tastes like someone wiped with their ass with it. Manager didn’t care about customer concerns. Nonetheless, apologetic. I would be mortified if I were the owner or manager of this establishment(not restaurant).

Jimmys was my favorite pizza place in bushwick! UNTIL I received a really cold pizza pie :(. The one thing I hate in the world is cold pizza… Lost my appetite.

Ordered at 8pm it’s almost 10 and still no food. Do not order from here unless you want your pizza the next day.

Two hours for a Hawaiian and they’re less than a mile away. The pizza the cheese wasn’t thoroughly melted. The pineapple was canned at its worst and the ham was cold. Not worth the wait and definitely not worth the price.

Jimmy makes the best dollar slice in the area! They’re Cheez burger is cheap as hell too! I also love to by some bootleg DVDs of the latest flicks when that old man is selling them in there. A+

I come here either when I’m hungry and broke or if my 3yr old nephew visits and he wants a slice. The pizza just isn’t «mmm good». It’s edible, but you’ll NEVER crave it. Nice service :/

I had the following items delivered: Cheeseburger, Chicken/Cheese Calzone, and an order of Zeppoles. The food was very tasty. Calzone taste way better than Pizza Hut’s P’zones and it’s bigger too. The crust was perfect and thin yet flaky(not hard) on the outside and soft on the inside and it taste wonderful. The filling of mozzarella and chicken was flavorful. The Zeppolos were nice and soft, taste fresh, not stale, didn’t have that doughy feel nor taste either, very delicious. It was covered with just the right amount of powdered sugar. The cheeseburger was delicious… the right amount of ketchup and mayo, pickles and onion added an extra kick, the meat pattie was cooked perfectly, and the bun was nice and soft.

Over the phone service was great. Delivery was on time. Pizza could have been cheesier. Crust was as good as expected. Ingredients tasted fresh.

Love Jimmy’s Pizza! It’s a regular pizza shop with a lot of food options. It’s fast food, made quick! Been ordering from here for years.

With the exception of the fries with bacon and cheese, not worth the money, aggravation, or the chance of getting shot. It was a much better place when the owner before this one had it.

Everything I’ve ordered from the menu is good, pleasant service. However I ordered a whole pizza and it is probably the worst crust I’ve ever had. Tasted like dry cardboard. Can’t go wrong with the shakes though.

It’s just your average local pizza shop. its family oriented and has been around for a while. nothing out of the ordinary. better than most pizzerias in brooklyn. the place is small but clean. has enough seating space. the menu is great and I love ice cream… nothing to die for though.

I got 2 slices of plain and a side of french fries. The pizza was alright, nothing too special. My french fries were delicious. It’s a pretty solid, straight-foward joint, and I will most likely go back. They had some pasta dishes that were pretty cheap, so I wanna see how they are. The guys behind the register were friendly and I went in and out fairly quickly.
