My husband and I have worked with Joanna twice as our broker, and both experiences have been stellar. She was first recommended to us in 2012 when we were looking to leave our long-​time Manhattan rental in order to purchase an apartment in Brooklyn. She could not have been more helpful, offering us invaluable information at every step along the way. The thought and care she put into our sales and marketing strategy yielded huge results at multiple open houses and private showings. Within just a few weeks of putting the apartment on the market, there was a bidding war between seven different parties, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final outcome. Throughout it all, she has been available day or night to act as a point-​person, liaison with lawyers and other brokers, and overall voice of reason. She thinks quickly on her feet and always has her clients’ best interest at heart. There is no doubt in our minds that Joanna is the reason that our real estate experience has been such a success, and anyone would be lucky to find themselves in her extremely capable hands.

Joanna is an amazing person to have on your side when you’re entering the jungle of NYC real estate. She is upbeat, energetic, informed, and, most importantly, patient and empathetic. She’s made the tough parts of buying an apartment feel more bearable, and has been literally tireless in helping us get our questions answered and moving us toward closing on our new condo. Joanna recently helped us find a wonderful co-​op in Sunset Park. We didn’t really have an idea of how to find a realtor but after talking to Joanna at an open house we decided to give her a call. She was very prompt in getting back to us to set up a meeting.
She did a wonderful job finding listings that were in our price range and fit our needs. Not only did she stick with us and make a three month apartment search seem enjoyable, but once the contract was signed she was in constant contact with us and the co-​op board to help guide us through the process.
She was always available to review our application and drive over to the building to drop off paperwork or other materials, also making herself available to access the apartment to take measurements and show it to a contractor. If we were to do it all over again we would definitely want Joanna to be our realtor.
