Managing partner at Johan Tax & Accounting LLC, Johan Luo is passionate about serving small business and individuals throughout the New York state and surrounding areas. Graduating from Brooklyn College with an M.S. in Accountancy, Johan has more than 10 years professional accounting experiences, including 3 years of experience in small business, 4 years of experience in Big 4 accounting firms (Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCooper), and 3 years of contracted controller with several NY based small business. His expertise includes small business accounting and related internal control, financial analysis, business and individual tax preparation and planning, tax audit representation.
