Established in 1995.

In 1995, John Burdo launched a now very successful enterprise to satisfy the growing demand for quality produce supply in Manhattan. John’s life background in his family’s produce and retail businesses together with his unmatched work ethic positioned him to create what is now a produce supply company that is hard to beat. John understood how «the chef must be pleased» and «the owner must see a profit» as he designed his «minimal inventory, maximum freshness» delivery system.
