I did my daughters party at kids n action on September of 2015 I had loved the price but hated so much the place was kid of dirty when I went in the play place with my kids I was upset to find the staff didn’t help set up nor was barely around to help with the party when I confronted the manager it took like 20 mins for the girl to help and she had an aditude no smiles like she didn’t wanna be there I also had to approach the manager cause there was a teenage Jewish boy and his friends who was bullying my 6 year old daughter and the parents nor manager did nothing to help stop them I took my husband and my guest to scare them off for them to stop I’m glad my kids had fun but I really wouldn’t go back they need to change a lot and add more games there was barely any thing working and only like 4 games to play also try to do one party at a time so people don’t mess up your kids day also no of the staff watches people walking in or out with your kids my friends son almost walked out with a stranger cause he went in one tube and didn’t come out the other side and she was in a wheel chair and couldn’t go through to chase him the staff acted like they didn’t care I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one ever

I don’t know why this has so many bad reviews. It was such a great experience for my daughter and I ! It’s definitely worth the Price. We went on Tuesday around 2 in the afternoon so the place was pretty much empty. I enjoyed the play area. It’s very sturdy and a great way for kids to play and stay active during the day. I couldn’t help myself to the massaging chairs! Overall, it’s a wonderful place to spend indoors during the cold winter days.

This place clearly needs to be cleaned and revamped. I’be been here 4 times over I’ve the last 2 years can say they have at least removed the stored recycled bottles and whatever other boxes and rough items that do not visibly or safely belong in a children’s play area.
I just returned in Tuesday, since my 4year old needed to run the energy out and it’s close to home. I had a major issue when I assume the manager decided to sweep one of the slanted walls 2 feet from a roller coaster filled with kids (including my child). It wasn’t a pledge, paper towel and windex wipe kinda clean. But more of a dry broom, sweep the BLACK dust balls off and let them fall as they may so that I can hang up one strum of lights, as he stood on a random ladder as the coaster was just about to begin running.
I asked for my kid to be taken off, and the angry operator was like. Well then wait 5 minutes. So we did… Gladly. That dust was 90 years old lol. No need to stir it up during open play. Why not do this before the doors open.
Come to think of it, I doubt cleaning is done regularly. We were one of 6 there first thing in the morning when it opened.
There should be no reason as a parent that I’m sitting in the «comfy chair» watching my kid in climb the play structure… However Im sniffing and couldn’t put my finger on a foul smell.
Eventually I figured out it was the garbage pail pail next to chair. However it was clearly filled to the brim with the ultimate cake topper waiting for my nose… A used crap filled baby diaper. It HAD to have been sitting there since the day before. Like I said, the place just opened so there is no way it was from the first 30
Minutes of the day.
When I unfortunately gave in and purchased cardboard and tomato sauce pizza for the kids, the «chef» who clearly hates his gig, damn near rolled my finger off with a pizza cutter when asked to cut the pizza in 2 or 3 slices.
As I sat there watching my kid eat paper and red melted crayons (lol the pizza)
One of the workers walked by fast yet muttering user his breath one of the most offensive things, more than likely about his boss. He literally said «stupid je* motherf*#+%r a$$h*le» as he proceeded to clean windows. Thankfully the kids were loudly chewing their rock and cheese pizza and didn’t hear it.
All in all, you get what you pay for. It’s close to home, open all day free play and exciting enough to take your kid there so as long as you double dip them in the bath when you get home.

Great place for the kids to run around. Was not crowded at all and my baby had fun. Wish there was pizza available at 12, we had to walk to the train station.

Much more better than land –o– fun .Its big and cheap ! They have giant softplay, toddler area, arcade games, mini roller coaster, train, car, private party rooms, little kosher café and they do CHEAP and GOOD bday parties I just wish they were MUCH MORE CLEAN, toddles sometimes pee in the ball pit)

It’s a smaller version of Chuckie Cheese minus the overcrowded nights. It’s a decent place for toddlers and kids to release the surge of extra energy they all seem to have.
It consists of ball pits, one mini-​rollercoaster, train, arcade games, and a food court. The price to get in is cheap. They just charge you for each kid, which I think is $ 15 including pizza. That brings me to the food. It was so stale that my daughter didn’t eat much of it and she’s a big pizza fan.

This place was very crowded with rude children and their parents. There’s a ball pit area for older kids and another one for toddlers. The older kids were in both and their parents did not care at all about it. Theres no type of order in here, from the games to rides to where you had to redeem your tickets is ridiculous. So happy i had a coupon or else i wouldnt have spent my money here: Greatly needs an update and more structure to rules

Street parking, parties, biggest play space we’ve been to yet

My niece had her 6^th birthday here. Her and her friends enjoyed themselves! It was pretty full and a lot of family bonding occurring, etc. I would recommend this place for someone who is on a budget, want something simple and fun for the kids.
P.s street parking is a hassle

The pizza that they served was cold and the birthday cake they supplied was taste less .the owner was also very creepy. My kids could not wait to leave. I’ll never go to another birthday party there again.

Had my 4 year olds birthday party there today. The only reason I give it as high as 3 stars is because the establishment itself is great, this kids loved it, especially the ball pits. My son loves trains so the train ride was the icing for him. Now the birthday party itself is where I had the issues. The party started at 12pm and I had to visit the front 3 times from 11:50am to 12:05am because the room had just plates for kids. No drinks were out for guests arriving and no place to hang their coats, no real «device» to speak of. Hostess a very young lady came and by 12:20 we finally had drinks. The hostess then left but small things like napkins, something to stir the coffee with, etc was not supplied. I was told I could bring a banner which thankfully I did cause the room has no decorations aside from drawings on the wall. I was asked to hang it myself but then did get some help but lack of hooks or anything to hang it on and the banner fell and I just tossed it. The party theme package was pointless just included character played and cups, nothing really special like at least character balloons. Also they were out of some items like diet soda, which was disappointing since a lot of people don’t drink regular soda. Finally at a few minutes to 2, we were rushed out for the next party, which since our party technically didn’t start til 12:20 felt cheap.
Finally when I got home I realized they overcharged me for 3 kids. Because of the rush at the time I didn’t make a headcount but felt maybe it wasn’t right. I was right, so while Id go back for just free play, I’d never have a party there again. The service really sucked.
Tgabkfully the play area made up for it but the party experience was disappointing. Past years at other places the service was outstanding, they provided attention and there was a party feel. This is just a room with kids who bring in food and call it service. No warmth at all.
Go elsewhere for a party experience and stress free time.

Went for my nephew’s birthday, he loved it. Simple old school fun. Old school enough that cleanliness is not a priority… Kids love it, but for parents, might want to bring a lot of wet naps.

Attended a 4 year olds bd party over the weekend at this place… the younger clidren enjoyed themselves in the giant ball pit. NEEDLESS to say I was very afraid for the children. Seems as the entire place needs a GOOD CLEANING. Not enough games… the rides should take the tokens given… not quarters. …the small cake and off name juice… dirty carpet… Not worth the money paid to have a bd party… NEEDS TO BE CLEANED AND RENOVATED!!!

My kids did have fun, lots of it, but after we got home they got a good scrubbing. This place was run down and no amount of cleaning will help. Toddler area does not have padding on the floor and most of the «toys» looked like they pick up off of the streets. The Roller coaster and go cart were my 7 year old’s favorite. We got a Groupon so we gave it a try but doubt we’ll go back.
Bottom line: Needs Updating

The staff members were relatively friendly, but they were not given the proper information in terms of what a promotion /​deal includes (i.e. Groupon, Amazon Local deals). My deal was a action package that should come with 20 game tokens, but the staff members were told that not to give out the game tokens to people who redeemed the deal. I tried to discuss the issue with the manger, but he was always on the phone and he kept walking around the place. When I finally had a chance to talk to him, he had no patience and I felt he wanted to get me out of that place ASAP. If you are using a promotion deal, make sure you know what you get before you got in.
In terms of the play area and rides, that was not bad for the money I spent. The place could be cleaner and more well organized. Other than that, my son had fun spending two hours in this place.

It’s a decent place with 2 rides. Good for kids to run around and enjoy themselves. Could be cleaner with better stuff.

If I could give this place 3.5 stars I would. This place had me a bit torn because it really does have potential. The place had tons for toddlers and it’s a great place for 2 – 8 year olds. Needless to say my three year old had a blast. They have great mazes, colorful plastic ball areas, electrical trains for toddlers, gold carts for 6 – 9 range. Lots of things that other places don’t have. Now the negatives: First of all they charge $ 15 to get in which I felt was a little outrages considering you have to pay for toddler standstill rides. The games were also pricey at two tokens each. Then there were the dusty mazes. Seriously, I’ve read other reviews complaining about the same exact issue and the fact that it hasn’t been addressed is just neglectful business practice.

This wasn’t the best experience I’ve had at an indoor entertainment place however it did the job. It is absolutely filthy and almost unbearable to follow my child in. It basically needs a good scrub down and updated equipment. Not so fun!

Was skeptical of coming due to many online bad reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Fun place for the kids. Very big and Was crowded with kids. A step up from Chuck E. Cheese.

We had a great time a small race track. Jungle gym area tumbling area for tots and a roller coaster for kids to ride. Arcade games air hockey. We celebrated our daughter Isabella 1^st Birthday.
