Excellent selection and helpful sales staff. Kohler is particularly well represented but there are other brands, both mid-level and higher end, represented as well. I was getting frustrated trying to shop online and came down to the showroom to see everything actual size. Came in on a weekday, was out of the store within an hour and happy with the fixtures I purchased. Thumbs up!

There is one salesman, if he is busy good luck you have to wait and wait… Still not very helpful in trying to guide you find what you’re looking for. Overall, I wanted to support this local business but they are much more expensive, some items are almost double in price compared to an online retailer. I understand that you don’t get the expert support from an online shop but at least do something to encourage people to buy from your store. I ended up buying everything online and called Kholer directly they were super helpful!

My KBG/Kohler order was placed on 9⁄29 and first package(valves) arrived 10⁄3 – ETA is looking good? No, my spiral of delays was initiated. There will be a total of FOUR FedEx shipments(not two, as told by KBG) and some without tracking notification. Here began the finger pointing game between shipper and sender, my frustrations with KBG’s lack of customer follow-up and the subsequent delay of my shower system installation. Worth mention is that on 10/10, I trekked to LIC’s FedEx depot to retrieve a package that KGB claims FedEx said was 1 of 2, though shipment was clearly labled ONE package. The final package arrived 10⁄13. Hopefully, KBG can amicably agree that my shipping/handling should be reimbursed at this point PLUS something for my needless aggravation atop of any renovation worries. Stay tuned.
