The service here is so incredibly slow and the workers move at the speed of a turtle.

Kung fu tea is usually the place I go for my boba tea, but this location is horrible. The times I’ve been here the service was bad. The workers have an attitude and what made me write this review was the attitude this one male worker gave me. The taro hot milk tea he made me had literally no taro flavor in it. I noticed after walking out of the store and when I walked back in to ask him kindly if it was taro because it didn’t taste like taro, he was rude and said, «Yea…» That’s not now customer service works. If you decide to work at a place that requires you to be nice and you can’t do so, work at a different place. The tea I had was not good, had a couple of sips and I threw it out. Disappointed.

The best bubble teas I’ve had so far! Everything is power and made with measurement, so the taste is durable and well balanced every time. Although they have many flavors to choose from, I like their original milk green tea with herbal/grass jelly & with 70% sugar. If you like bubble teas and not too sweet, you will for sure enjoy this place because you can control the level of sweetness in your drink. Many of their locations are made the same way, so doesn’t which one you go to it will taste 99% the same, the only differences is the customer services.

One of my absolute favorite places! I’d come every time I go to Brooklyn because the one by home doesn’t make it as good. Which is weird since it’s a chain therefore it should all be the same. You should know: — Lines could be long — They charge extra for bobba

It’s Kung Fu Tea. It’s expensive and the lines can be unruly. That said, they have a ton of flavors, and their drinks are huge. At least they list the calorie content on their menus. Their milk tea is alright, but I would sooner go to any random bakery and order one for half the price.

Bad service ever, no greetings, wrong order. Was forced to order a large hot drink without explanations(guess was went out of small cups). Bad experience.

Order your drink and go do your laundry because the wait here is ridiculous. Drinks are only worth the wait if you’re not in a hurry to catch that N train. 3.5÷5 stars overall.

I used to go to Kung Fu Tea every now and then because I’d get a craving for it but ever since they started charging for bubbles for their milk tea drinks I completely stopped going. There’s just way too many other places I could be going instead and Kung Fu Tea does not stand that far apart from the rest of them. I’m sorry, but milk tea drinks should come with bubbles. I could go to the various other bubble tea stores around and get myself better milk tea with bubbles for around the same price or cheaper.

Kung fu tea always been on my mind after a hot day of summer. They add a lot of ice so if you ever order there make sure you say less ice. Of half the cup is ice. This is one of my favorite Kung fu tea. The one at ave u. suck. Because they taste so much different then this on or the in 86th st.

I don’t get what is good about Kung Fu Tea. Drinks are sweet but they are not legit. If you ask for a bubble milk tea, it’s not bubble milk tea. I used to come here a lot to buy drinks but after realizing that they don’t have tea in the drink, it feels weird for me to order milk powder with sweetened boba. Not that it tastes bad; it tastes good is just it doesn’t seem to be worth the money.

Used to love this place, but not anymore since last visit of very bad and rude service! We’re coming in with a huge group in early morning where there wasn’t much people there yet. Tried to decide what to order, but we sure want the milk tea but haven’t decided on the ingredients, 1 min later there comes 3 regular size bubble tea sitting on the table, the girl in the front kept telling us that was for us, we don’t wanna get too complicated for them so we took it, but there’s a guy in the back was saying dirty words right in front of us! Hello!!! We could of just walking out of door and find a different tea place instead because we haven’t pay for anything yet! Any how, I used to be regular there and will NEVERGOBACK!

I tried the regular milk bubble tea. The tea was rather bitter but the tapioca was very sweet but it as kinda harder to chew. But over all, its a nice place.

I was craving for some milk tea and decided to stop by Kung Fu tea. My biggest mistake on this hot summer day. They completely forgot about my order. My bf and I waited for 30 mins for 2 drinks. When we asked about our drinks they said they will make it now. WTF! NEVERCOMINGBACK!

This place can get crowded and the wait can be up 20 minutes. I never go in anymore when they’re full because of this. Overall the people are nice and drinks are good. This franchise is different than other bubble tea places mainly because of the tapioca texture and taste, and original milk powder. sweet. They can command a higher price than other bubble tea places because their drinks truely taste better.

Out of all the Kung fu teas, I feel this is the best one. It’s kinda weird since they should all be the same. Although it’s powder, I love the flavor of the the tea and since I’m lactose intolerant, I love the fact that they use lactase milk. The staff could be nicer though. Bunch of school kids whose shallow and unprofessional.

So how does one justify $ 4.50 for a bubble tea. I mean, it’s bubble tea. I’ve had this a few times and never saw what the big fuss was about. Kungfu tea is like the starbucks of bubble tea: mediocre drinks marketed for suckers. First of all, why do they make them so sweet? I ask for half sugar, and it’s still too sweet for me. In fact, the bubbles are super sweet themselves. Speaking of the bubbles…50 cents extra for bubbles? Really? There are places that sell bubble tea BOGO or 2 for $ 3 and they’re charging you extra for bubbles. Despite the fact that most bubble teas are disgusting(especially TBarr. I HATETBARR, I wouldn’t drink something from there even if it’s free, but that’s a different rant.) To be fair, I will say they use a quality creamer that is richer/milkier than most milk teas without tasting artificial.

Kung Fu Tea! I absolutely love their Passionfruit Green Tea! My family and I are regulars here at this Kung Fu Tea. It is a very small place and the line does get too long especially on hot days. The passionfruit green tea is a fruitful blend of their passionfruit squeeze and green tea. Their machine shakes them very well and there will be no problems of the flavors not mixing! This is my favorite drink here and I would suggest anyone to get it early in the day because they do run out of passionfruit or green tea few times last summer… The Kung Fu Tea menu does contain a lot of dairy drinks and I feel like it’s too much milk tea options and lack of fruity drinks which is an area of opportunity. I can see that they have tried to add additional, creative drinks onto their menu which includes the delicious Golden Oolong Tea, Sunshine Pineapple(however I do not recommend it), and the Tomato Twister. Please do not order the Sunshine Pineapple! I am a pineapple lover and this particular drink really attracted me at first. I ordered it to try, the pineapple flavor was very weak, I barely even tasted it. The chunks of pineapple was too big that I have to crack open the drink to eat it. This surprised me since I saw them put it in a blender(I had the slushie). Overall, Kung Fu Tea is a top bubble tea brand in my book, just not this particular location. The ones in Flushing, Queens are so much better in terms of experience and taste.
