Labcorp At Mercy Medical Center

I have been going to mercy medical for about a year + now. Each time I am less satisfied and after my last visit yesterday, I refuse to ever come back to this office. There are now 3 doctors working here, one of which is a PA. The front desk is very nasty! Always have an attitude. I have also noticed a difference in attitude to those not in the Muslim religion which I find extremely racist. This is 2016 in America and nobody should be treated any different because of their skin color or religion. The doctor I normally seen was out of the office when I needed to come in yesterday so I had to see the PA. She rushed me out of the office. She kept saying I have abdominal pain when I told her I didn’t. I came in because I was throwing up all night and having a fever, which later ended up being a stomach virus which I found out going to Methodist hospital after this visit. She wouldn’t listen to any of my symptoms. She kept insisting on what she thought I felt. The front desk was more worried about me going to the atm to get cash for my copay because they do not take cards, then my own health. I come back with the money after my horrible visit, to hear them talking bad about me. Any time you call the office you are on hold for 10+ mins. This is not an office that takes good care of you or wants to help you. Would not recommend this office to anyone, please stay away! They treated me horribly when I was extremely sick and that is no way an ill person would like to be treated. The renovation they took months doing was poorly done. Stay away! Not a helpful or friendly office!!!
