I can’t believe how competent and professional Lena is! She put me at ease when I thought my 7 year old daughter and I had lice and I had repeatedly been treating us with the pharmaceutical products (which have been very harsh on the hair). So, finally I contacted Lena today and she showed up 3 hours later and we were happy to find out that we never did have lice. I had mistaken the white pieces in our hairs for nits, which were actually the follicle ends shedding in the hair! This was such a relief as I had been washing clothes non-​stop for the last 6 weeks! She even showed us a photo of what nits and lice actually looked like so I will know what to check for in the future. Dealing with Lena was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the future!

I’m very pleased to have discovered Lena. She responded right away, offered a same-​day appointment as well as other options and was fantastic all along. She was knowledgeable, skilled, gentle and patient, and didn’t appear to be in any rush, yet the job was done quickly. I also appreciate the honesty. She concluded that we had no lice or nits and we were charged the regular house visit, as expected. Very professional, as good as it gets!

After our first experience of being told «your child has lice”– we went into a panicked tailspin. After calling multiple unavailable professionals on a friday night, we found Lice Free Noggins via positive Unilocal reviews and are we glad we did! Lena arrived within 2 hours of calling her, calmed us all down and checked everyone. She was incredibly thorough and got everything out of my daughters hair using non toxic products. She was also very knowledgeable about the life cycle of the lice, so we could understand how long my daughter had it and what the risks of passing it along were (luckily very low– since to her it was considered a VERY mild case). Additionally, she helped guide us on exactly what do to around the home to contain any possible spread. She not only helped us, but educated us, and that we are very grateful. I will recommend her to everyone. If you have a school age child you need to have her contact info in your phone!

Lena is patient, answers all questions and gets the job done. She’s professional and very good at what she does. She inspected the whole family from what has been a nightmare and treatment everyone. Lice Free Noggins was excellent to work for. They responded quickly. It was worth the investment since it was our first time dealing with this type of situation. I feel more knowledgeable on what to do next time. She was easy to work with and followed up which is great. Lena I felt was trustworthy and does not take advantage of parents.

Lena is amazing – she came up to our place in Queens from South Brooklyn without hesitation (in rush hour no less), checked us all out, and gave us exactly the help we needed. She is so friendly and helpful and straightforward and no-​nonsense, and calmed everybody down. Very well-​priced and Lena doesn’t do any upselling or anything like that. Hopefully we will never need her services again, but if we did we would go right back to Lena without a moment’s hesitation.

I thought we had those little guys taken care of, but I wanted a professional opinion so I called Lena. I was able to make a same day appointment in my home for her to check the entire family. She showed up on time, answered all of my questions and had the patience to deal with my children. Her rates are reasonable and her professionalism was appreciated.
