This is a good establishment grounded in the fundamentals of a good bar, scene, and environment. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Old place with new owners. Just moved to the neighborhood and wanted to explore Franklin. Glad my roommate had to use the bathroom because her nature call compelled us to go to this place. The owner and bartender are very nice, there’s an inexpensive drink menu and the punch was very delicious. Hopefully there will be karaōke and delicious dumplings soon! I foresee great things happening here. This place is barely two months old, but there’s a lot of potential!

I walked past this place every day for the past year and a half. I always hoped that it would be some super seedy hangout for the worst low life scum in my neighborhood. I liked to pretend that behind the door with blacked out windows there was a cock fight, or something equally illegal and awful happening. I always tinkered with the idea of exploring what lie behind that door… So the other night after drinking for 4 hours at washington commons I took the plunge into the«Latino Sports Club»… There was no cock fighting, i was not greeted with a shot gun pointed at my face, there was no knife games being played by men with eyepatches and tattoos, and no, there was absolutely zero evidence of human trafficking… The only thing that was there was a bar with amazingly loud latin music, and a bunch of old Panamanian people… I ruined my fun little fantasy for a bad bar.
