Five plus stars! Mike and Cheryl knocked it out of the park for the Bay Ridge St. Patrick’s Day Parade!
To start with, just from a couple of my generic questions about purchasing a step and repeat banner, Mike had an immediate response with a mock up of what I was looking for and prices for different sizes. We had a couple of tweaks to the design which were turned around for review within hours of the request, including a shamrock that Cheryl found that matched the design of the Celtic cross we included. It pulled the three different graphics together perfectly. The design looked fantastic, so the committee placed the order and it was ready the very next day.
Our step and repeat was used for the first time at our «Irish Night at the Shore» concert on 8÷26÷14 as the backdrop of a photo booth. The photo booth made back the cost of the banner by 9pm! If the mock up looked fantastic, there are no words for how incredible it looked in person. Our logo, the shamrocks and Celtic crosses were sized differently to make our logo stand out, but without distracting from the people being photographed in front of it. It really is even better than what we imagined.
This review is a little late because we bought the banner in August of 2014, but my laziness allows me to also comment on how well it has held up over several events. We used it at the Irish Night in a park, which means it got a little dirty. Wiped down with a sponge, brand new! We’ve used it at 3 events at bars, a dinner dance and at the actual parade. It still looks brand new, no tears, grommets are perfect… it’s just top notch quality.
I couldn’t recommend this company more highly!

I found Mike on ETSY and began conversing with him via email. his customer service was superb via email and over the phone. My organization was hosting our annual Women’s Brunch and needed a new banner. his ad caught my eye because of the same day printing. The fact that he printed same day quickly enticed me. Mike was very patient with me despite my 1000 qestions and a few issues with my image being too small. in the end he produced an amazing 8×10 Banner that superceded my expectations. His work is great. I host approximately 5 – 10 events a year. He has a customer for life.
L.A.C.E.S. INC as well as the other organizations whose logo were on the banner were pleasantly pleased with the work. Very bright and on point. We love Liquid Dreams Printing.

My organization ordered a Step and Repeat from here for our 20^th Anniversary gala. As a non-​profit and because we were using them for the first time, Mike and I went back and forth a few times about the product, quality and purchasing without seeing a proof. His customer service was great and he was very helpful.
We received the order and it looked fantastic. Our logos looked wonderful on it and the material was very durable. Unfortunately, while setting up for our event, we put up the Step and Repeat only to notice that the stand was not strong enough to hold it without duping drastically in the middle. Knowing we couldn’t order anything to fix it in the short amount of time, we worked on it for over an hour then pointed it out to our photographers, just in case. Luckily, they are incredibly professional and able to adjust the lighting and take pictures without the wrinkles showing up behind the people being photographed.
After our event, I contacted Michael to let him know about what happened and to see if there was a resolution for when we used the Step and Repeat again in the future. He responded that this was the first time he’d heard of this issue, which is good for everyone, and that he would refund us for the stand. Although we bought the product for our gala, we had (and still have) every intention to use it again for other events. And really at the end of the day, getting a good step and repeat is the hard part.
Because we received such good service, we would absolutely recommend them to other organizations.

Working with everyone at Liquid Dreams Design was so easy and stress free! We had an event on Tuesday and decided to get an 8×8 step and repeat printed with two logos on Friday afternoon. Monday morning rolled around and we got our proof. We had a few changes to the design and unfortunately the person responsible for changing the designs was out for a family emergency. Somehow Liquid Dreams pulled though and managed to make all the changes we needed and still printed and delivered the whole thing by 11:30am the next day! Amazing service, always friendly, and above and beyond helpful AND they printed for a fraction of the price of other printers when I was shopping around.

Mike was amazing to work with. Quick and painless process with a super fast turnaround! Also, I came to pick up the step and repeat and didn’t realize how long the package was. Mike (out of the goodness of his heart!) didn’t want me to awkwardly carry it on the subway so he had it delivered same day at zero cost to me. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Needed to print a large vinyl wrap for a vending machine on a film shoot. Michael @ Liquid Dreams was a pleasure to work with and completely understanding of the creative process (we went through multiple versions and multiple sizings before settling on our final draft). Our artwork didn’t go through an automated printing process; our piece was printed with care and artistry. It looked beautiful. Also — they were able to turn it around in a few hours (at no extra cost). Full marks. And also, if you live in Brooklyn this is a really nice business — and person — to encourage. Trust blindly.
