These guys are great! i recently moved to the area about 10 months ago and they have not failed me once. I once came on a saturday at about 8am and needed a bag full of clothes the same day I gave it them and they had it ready by the end of the day which i thought was just amazing! Haven’tused anyone else’s service ever since.

I’ve been a customer for over 5 years. After trial and error with other dry cleaners in the neighborhood, I was relieved to find Los Primos. I have had nothing but great customer service from them. Even when I’m a knucklehead and loose my ticket, they have patiently sought out my clothes in their inventory and notified me. They even go so far as to inquire about my dog’s well being who has occasionally accompanied me on a drop off. The personal touch is appreciated. I have trusted them to service anything from knit sweaters, designer suits, and tailor my various formal garments. I’ve relocated out of the immediate area yet still travel to do business with them.

I’ve used them twice in the past year and they shrunk 3 out of 4 trousers. One pair was so short, I can’t even pull them off with flats! Not worth it! I really miss having the dry cleaners by the subway. I have ton of dry cleaning, just need someone reliable that doesn’t shrink my pants.
