I’d give these people zero stars for their lousy customer service if that were an option — I came in here to cash a check and the teller informs me that they don’t cash personal checks unless you have an account with them. I ask how they can legally refuse a check drawn on their own bank, and he becomes belligerent. I go to the manager and he loudly announces that check cashing is a service that they are not required to provide. Then he tells me there’s a $ 10. fee. I say that’s exorbitant, but why did the teller say that you don’t cash checks at all? Manager gets angry. This bank needs to go bankrupt.
