Came to get steak tacos and a special combinations. Eveything was fresh. The smell of chicken being grilled was great. However, i was disappointed with the steak. They dont use skirt/flank steak which is common for tacos. Instead they use sirloin which after being cooked too long becomes extremely try and flavorless in my opinion. Very disappointed :(

Food is decent. Really stingy with the sauces. Kinda annoying. Other then that it’s my favorite go to place for a quick fulling meal.

Tried this place for dinner today. The food is okay. The ambiance has to feel of a Chinese take-out place. I ordered a chicken taco and chicken/steak combo. The chicken taco was pretty good. The meat was juicy and the tortilla was soft. The meat in the chicken/steak combo was good, for the little amount of pieces I had. They stuff the container with rice, some onions, a little salsa, pinto beans, a dollop of sour cream, and some meat. The chicken is the same chicken in the taco. I really liked the steak, but it was not enough. The combo also comes with two tortillas. For $ 6 it’s a good deal, but they should give less rice and more meat. This is not a bad place to acquire cheap and quick eat. However, it’s not the most flavorful food. I will probably come again if I want some cheap, quick and decent.

This food absolutely did not meet my expectations as far as the other reviews go. If you like Mexican food or any type of food at that I would not recommend it. The people are ok but the food is just disappointing.

I ordered the grilled chicken with guacamolè platter. The prices are good and the food was edible but I’m a Floridian here in Brooklyn on vacation and I can tell you real good mexican food isn’t cooked by Asians. Don’t get me wrong the food was alright I got a little bit of bubble guts but overall 3 stars was worthy.

I don’t remember how I discovered this place but they are great. I always order the hard shell taco supreme, can’t go wrong with those. Also the buffalo wings are great & have a nice spicy kick to it that’s not overwhelming. The delivery is quick & fast & its decent price. Confusing though cause its Mexican food ran by Chinese people. The delivery guys are always polite & the same for whomever picks up my call. Hope you don’t crave tacos on Sundays because they are closed.

I was craving tacos in Cypress Hills one day and I googled and googled and settled on this delicious looking menu. I planned for about 3 hours, and finally called to learn that they are closed on Sundays. Repeated this on a Saturday. Ordered roughly $ 15 worth of tacos. All of which were good. I forget which tacos I ordered, but one item tasted like grilled pork. I told a friend and he attempted to order pork, only to learn that they do not serve it. WHATTHEHELLDID I EAT?! All around, this place has decent food. The establishment is a bit confusing, since it’s Mexican cuisine served by Chinese people and delivered by Latinos.

My go to place when I want take out or something delivered. My fav would be their quesadillas. I’ve actually seen them make the fresh tortillas to order and that gives it a great taste. You can also get a combo platter with a meat(or shrimp), rice, beans, salad, two tortillas and a can of soda for like $ 5… Can’t go wrong.

The food tasted really good fast service good prices… BUT I got an E. Coli infection from the ground beef tacos. I guess they didnt clean the meat properly with lemon juice.

This place is by far my favorite place to get food when I’m in Brooklyn. I hate Sundays because I will crave their food but they are unfortunately closed. I walk in there or if I call for delivery and they allow any specialization to your dish that you ask for. Do yourself the favor and try the grilled chicken and French fries but wait-add the cheese. The hot melted cheese and jalapeños straight on top of your French fries and chicken. It is such a simple dish but it’s amazing. Quesadillas? You want one? We’ll you better get it with shrimp, beef, and chicken! If not you are missing out on a whole lot of fun. Even saying Mariachi Taco is fun! How could you go wrong! Don’t crave them on Sundays! I’m warning you now!!! Bottom line go there and get some good food for you, yourself, and your family.

Mariachi Taco is your typical Tex-Mex fare run by Asians. Delivery takes a while but the food is good & cheap. I’ve never had anything bad on the menu. I recommend trying their taco supreme at least once. The meat is really tender & the flavor is delicious. They also take credit cards over the phone.

Theyre nachos are awesome! You can taste the authenticity in their food. The tacos are always fresh and their dinner buritios are enough to feed two people! Ever since I moved three blocks up from the place, i always order their food. Deliver takes a while, but the taste is worth it!

To my knowledge, this is the first taco joint in Cypress Hills. It is filling a much needed void. Run by Asians and delivered by Mexicans, Mariachi Taco is not half-bad for a half-hispanic establishment. The variety is extensive: it’s all American, Texan, not-Mexican«Mexican» Food. Everything from Tacos, Burritos, Enchiladas to Teriyaki Chicken and Mozzarella Sticks there is no shortage of variety. Definitely a take-out place, unless you are cheap enough(or hungry enough) to eat under the massive chinese fan or next to the enormous buddha that has found his home next to a fish tank. I recommend any taco, burrito or Enchilada. The food is actually very good for what it is: cheap take out. Don’t compare it to Taco Bell and don’t compare it to your Mexican friend’s Mom’s home cooking-this is obviously not either of those. But it’s cheap, it’s yummy and it delivers. So in a nutshell: go eat at Mariachi Taco, just be mindful that they actually charge tax. But fear not, there’s an ATM inside.
