McDonald’s

Pretty sure this is the most ghetto McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The place is dirty and smells like an old musty basement. There are a ton of buns that hang out inside and the staff just let them be.

I only patron this one if I’m craving a binge night of unhealthiness and those cursed fries but nay, this place SUCKS. Apathetic, slow staff, homeless/​deranged people lurking in the outer booths, bratty, undisciplined teens hanging out and acting up, slow slow service, place looks dimly lit and seedy. Yep, that’s the Flatbush McDonalds for you. Enter at your own peril.
Fun Fact: A young lady got jumped here. I’m pretty sure people get jumped here often actually.

Came here a few times and have had the same experience. They have terrible service. How long does it take for a mc chicken and ice coffee to get ready??? I’m pretty sure it doesn’t have to take like 10 minutes. Hah, don’t even talk about waiting on the line. Even if there’s a small amount of people, it will still take years. Ever since the prices raised for everything I try to cut the amount of trips I make to any McDonald’s in fact. Also, don’t even mention the bathroom. THE DOORS ARE BROKEN. How can you even use it peacefully without people having to barge in??? Alongside with that the whole interior is unsanitary. Never will I come back again.

Tell should make possible for people to give zero because this place doesn’t have anything deserving of a star. Dirty, stinky, people working there look like they are dying. Waited 20 minutes and when it finally my turn the cashier turned away midsentence to talk to someone else. They didnt have the ice cream cone, the only item I wanted. Would be cool to have some signs…

This Mc Donald’s site has a poor appearance and some of the workers need extra training on communication skills. The other issues I have with this location is that often times thee are no available seat for paying customers due to the increase loitering of non paying customers.

I had to repeat my order a second time… slowlyyyy. And she still got it wrong. Maybe her listening skills isn’t up to par.

This McDonald’s pretty much sucks. But it’s the only one in the nearby area so we all have to make do.
There is the occasional homeless person that wanders in here but the staff is okay at asking them to leave if they are disturbing the customers. The bathrooms are horrible. I had a gross experience in here once a number of years ago and will never even think of going back in unless I was about to pee on myself in that very moment.
The food is pretty standard of what you would find at any McDonald’s. I come here because I go to school nearby and am sometimes in the mood for a quick snack or just all out junk food.
This place is passable but definitely nothing special. I advise to proceed with caution.

Came here a good amount of times; long waits & always packed. Rude people everywhere. Unfriendly staff. But they rarely mess up orders.
Just make sure youre specific with your orders. Like if you want hot coffee, tell them cause they might give you ice coffee instead regardless of the weather. Happened to my friend once.

The food is tasty just like other McDonald’s. But what bothers me is that the employees are so loud and so incredibly unprofessional. They all seem miserable. Also the place it self has obnoxious kids running around and high schoolers. Also the homeless are constantly walking around asking for money. Sad I know, but I just want to eat my nuggets!

This McDonald’s used to be really good when I was around 10 years old but as I’ve gotten older, I stopped there a few times just to get ice coffee, I don’t eat the food there, the employees have such a bad attitude and the wait for ice coffee is too ridiculous.
If burger king had ice coffees I would just go there, at least when i go to burger king they greet you with some kind of respect, even if they do hate their job.

The wait!!! Especially in the mornings and there’s too many young people working there!

If I only have 2 bucks and low standards… I waited so long for my meal ;(at least the employees aren’t horrible and hating life.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s in Brooklyn, rivaling the ineptly slow crew of the Fulton St. and Throop Avenue location. It took over 20 minutes to receive my breakfast order (heaven forgive me for ordering ½ hour before breakfast ends), I only ordered the 2 sausage McMuffin with egg special!
When I finally received my order, the eggs were not the correct type (they were scrambled) and the muffin was hard and stale. Unfortunately I found this out after I boarded the subway or else I would have thrown in back in their faces in a rage — but I am sure someone else may have because they pissed off a lot of people, especially when they announced breakfast was over to the crowd who waited overt 30 minutes to place an order.
They desperately need new management — how can they screw up so badly when they are in a big location with Brooklyn College a block away?

This location underwent a serious renovation when I last visited during my college years nearly a decade ago. It looks great! More open space and warm colors. It is still the hangout spot for high schoolers though who tend to be loud and obnoxious. The lines can be long (even after 6pm?), but the food was okay.

As crappy as this place is, this McDonald’s food isn’t too bad. I usually get my food quickly, and hot and fresh. (By McDonald’s standards.)
The clientele, as usual, leaves much to be desired. Lots of broke Midwood High School kids hang out here before and after class.

They function (if you would call it that) like they hate their jobs and when this place smells the way it does I dont blame them.
I got lazy one afternoon and decided to order the only good thing here (southwest salad… grilled) and waited on line for about 7 minutes to find out the salads were no longer available. Before I could turn away I heard the manger say the just got some in and I would be served in a few minutes.
Long story short the salad was terrible, service sucked, place smells like trash, crowded with school kids and bums.
STAY AWAY!!!

Management must have changed since 2008 because this is one of the better Mickey D’s I’ve been to in Brooklyn (hence the 4 star rating).
I’m giving this place 4 stars because it has not only an A sanitation rating (unlike the Burger King with a C across the street) but when I watch the food being prepared it looks like they actually earned an A. Everyone wears hair nets and gloves – especially if they’re handling food. The floor in the food prep area is always being mopped as well. As of yet I have not found any hair, nails, or other body parts in my food so, keep on keepin’ on McDonald’s.
Additionally, I have never received rude service here either and I frequent about twice a week mornings and evenings.
PROS: convenient location between the trains and the college, large space to accommodate patrons, can use restaurant as a shortcut, okay customer service, consistent food quality, clean food prep environment
CONS: the seating area could be a little cleaner, stingy with condiments, they really need a roped line feeding the registers so customers don’t have to haphazardly clump in a group and guess who is going to take them next during busy hours

The food is average for McDonalds, but the employees could use a bit of an attitude adjustment, but that can be said about McDonalds franchises across the nation.
The place is really spacious though, and its not as dirty as a previous reviewer would say. The ATM inside has a 99cent charge, and the wifi is pretty weak for a McDonalds, still it’s not unpopular and is usually filled with teenagers or college students coming in for a quick fix.

I have eaten here only once, but i walk thru it everyday (they have two
exit/​entrance) that take you to the other side of the block Cutting down
my trip to class, bye 3mins or so. Anywho, this place smells so bad, i
can barely breathe when i walk thru. An everything is sticky, the
doors, the floors, everything. There are aways buckets collecting
dripping water, and then just buckets of overflowing stank water.
This place is usually filled with the homeless, or loud ass kids.
I hate this place, seriously everytime i walk thru it, i think «ehh this
place is so nasty i need to Unilocal it» I can’t see why anyone would
ever eat here.
