McDonald’s

The staff here has changed since past years or even months and they are very attentive, friendly and hard-​working. They truly put an effort in their work and I applaud them for their outstanding service. If you Google search this location, you will see they have 3 – 4 stars, which is great compared to other McDonald’s chains.
We’ve gone to this location plenty of times and this is one of our favorite chain locations. The employees have the fastest service I have experienced at a McDonald’s and they keep the dining area very clean. There is always an employee cleaning every time I am there.
The fountain drinks area is also very clean and I am very impressed by the fast food quality here; the fries are golden fresh, along with fresh salads, burgers and more. I have never had a problem at this location except times when ice cream isn’t available at the moment since the maker is currently being cleaned.

Worst McDonalds ever. I only eat fries, and ice cream if they ever have any available. Rarely do I go inside, usually do the drive-​in, but it doesn’t matter if I go in or do drive-​in, their service sucks.

Staff was more courteous and attentive than I expected.
My McGriddle and Sausage Biscuit with Egg were delicious as expected.
The ambiance was sedate and quiet — mostly folks sitting alone enjoying their breakfast. Kind of Blue was playing over the loudspeaker which made the experience that much more charming.

Very slow service. Unexpected for a McDonald’s. Store wasn’t even packed and they couldn’t move quickly.

Stopped in at the drive thru Friday night 10÷3÷2014. Do they know how a drive thru should work? No. You speak into the microphone and all they tell you is to pull around to the last window. This creates a long line of cars and a lengthy wait. Never again for me, I expected better.

Can I give a half star??? The crappiest Mc Donald’s I call it «ghetto Mc Donalds». They never have smoothies ice cream milkshakes mc flurries. basically the ice cream machine is not cleaned and functioning. Then why advertise the 24 hour sign when at 2 30am you say you are closed??? The kicker was I saw the strawberry lemonade sign advertised outside so I rolled through the drive thru and after being greeted with a «yes miss» i asked for one and the response I get was «we don’t have it that’s for the spring «O-​o Ummm Hmmm** looks at phone its April for sure** .alrighty that was my last visit.

Horrible they don’t even have cream and sugar on the side for coffees and super slow drive thru service I was better off at a deli

Never clean the food was cold and there was a big log floating in the toilet.

The lady at the drive through window was disrespectful to me. She was pist off that she was working at Mcdonalds. She also told me if I wanted to make more then 2 orders I have to drive around on the drive through twice. I only ordered 3 cheeseburgers and she made me go around twice for the additional cheeseburger.

Wow. A mcdonalds in NYC with a friendly staff that is CLEAN!!! Cannot believe I’ve been blessed by this location!!! Wait… people actually speak english and can understand your order? Yep! Thats right! Absolutely great!
