Excellent place! I stopped in last minute before a birthday party looking to buy a gift. I need a nice bottle of champagne, someone to wrap it and to buy a card. Luckily they had it all and beautifully wrapped it with love for me. Also the owners Miriam and Jimmy were delightful to speak with. Great experience!

Nice selection of drinks and reasonable prices. Honestly I would go to other places if I need to make a big purchase of more than 5 bottles, but their location is perfect for me. And I have appreciation for small places which are family owned.

Great selections and prices in accordance to what it is you are looking for. Let’s face it liquor can be expensive. However the staff is helpful and if you are looking for something similar to something else they will gladly guide your purchase. That is nice to see. Of course the rocker in me would love to see more of the offerings from some of the bands that I like who do wines and such but that is a personal opinion.

Very nice selection of spirits. I’m only interested in whiskey and they have plenty of it. Friendly staff and pretty knowledgeable. I dont know anything about wine but they seem to have a nice selection.

This is a small wine shop in the neighborhood that has your typical staples. I ended up strolling by for the first time just after they closed. I knocked on the door and they opened for a few extra minutes so I could pick something up. They were extremely gracious and when I told them that I just moved back to the area and couldn’t find my opener, they just gave me one. The fact that they opened their door after closing and gave me a wine opener at no charge so I could enjoy my night after a stressful move… well, this is my «go to» wine/​liquor establishment. I continue to shop here and always have an enjoyable experience. They really know their stock and give great recommendations.

Small, perfectly adequate, family run for years, its right next door to a decent meat shop (not truly good, but it has basics) so its a good one two punch right by the subway if I’m in the area.
The woman working there was a lovely older woman in the bay ridge mold, very charming. All I did was pick up some marsala wine to cook with, it was a bit too sweet even for me but it was very cheap for a magnum.
