Dispatcher needs to choose another line of work. Very rude and unpleasant!
I was charged $ 7 for a distance of 4 blocks, when I was previously charged $ 6.
Definitely calling BBB on Sept. 8, 2015.
Do not use this car service!!!

SOOO RUDE ! Had the biggest attitude and didn’t send the car because I apparently did not give information meanwhile I was given a price so how would the price be determined without the locations?! So so so beyond rude. Do not recommend at all. ZERO STARS !!!

Terrible car service. Very rude dispatcher. Waited 25 minutes when I was told only 10 minutes. Dispatcher hung up on me when I called to ask where the car was. I would never recommend thiis car service to anyone. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. They just lost a customer.

I’ve never written on Unilocal before but I decided in the car that I was going to write a review because the dispatcher was so RUDE. Sure enough others have had the same experience. The price was very high but I had already waited 35 minutes (instead of the 15 minutes they quoted) so I took the car. The car was FILTHY. The driver was very nice but it for over $ 60 it was an awful experience. CALL ANOTHER SERVICE!

I have used this service a few times. The service isn’t amazing but it gets the job done. Previously my cars have been not good. I tried another company in the neighborhood and got the same level of service for more money. I used mill basin car service the am and the car was there before my departure time, the dispatcher called to tell me he was outside and if was $ 27 to JFK. Honestly what more do you want? It takes to you point a to point b. It may not be a fancy nice car, but it is less than $ 30 which is great! I will continue to use this service to get me to the airport! Thanks!

The absolute worse car service in brooklyn! Called a week ahead to reserve a cab. the day of my event the cab never showed. when I called the dispatcher he was very rude. the next day they called me to tell me my cab was waiting for me. when I informed the dispatcher that was from the night before he said to me «whatever fuck you»

–ZERO! –why??? the Dispatcher is RUDE I called and asked for a car to a simple local location. he said: OK 10 minutes”: I waited OUTSIDE-​so i could not miss the car.10 min. NO CAR 15 no car 20 min NO car. 25 min .NO CAR – I called back – he said to me «Oh you missed him – he came to your block and you didnt come outside» isaid-​WRONG-​I have been OUTSIDE the whole time – NO CAR CAME-​I am OUTSIDE – he said «:So you are calling me a LIAR» I replied «YES or your driver is a LIAR-​NO CAR CAME» So he said «:OH NOW YOU ARE WALKING» amd hung up!
THEN – he has the nerve to CALL ME BACK – on a phone I did NOT give him my phone number – and said «:OH I will have a car for you in 5 minutes» i said Do NOT call me – you are RUDE –I will NEVER call your «Company»: Stating to me YOU ARE WALKING NOW” nice way to treat someone… and not sending a car for 30 minutes on a10 minute wait. claiming car was already there and I missed it… right…siure…thats why I waited outside.

Yeah it’s all true. You’ve been warned, take the bus it’s faster.

I was very disappointed that despite calling a day ahead to make a reservation to the airport for the following day, my cab still showed up 15mins late. What’s the point of taking reservations if they can’t deliver.
According to the driver it was the companies fault; they only gave him the pickup after I called to inquire where the car was. When I called the company to verify and complain they didn’t confirm or deny, only gave a poor excuse for an apology.
Shame, shame, shame… shame on you!

Let first by saying this is a terrible car service company, in service and in reliability. How i know is i use to work there back in Mid 2011. The owner (Sam) is a real mean old bastard to the customers and the drivers over the phone. And he would always yelling over the radio at the drivers including me and the customer would here it and they would think that’s unprofessional. He been the owner for about 16 years i heard, and he has really bought this company over there years. It use to be a really good company, that’s what the veteran drivers there said.
The drivers can’t stand the owner too, but the drivers do there jobs are to service the customer. The customer like the courtesy and respect me and the other drivers give em. That’s why the long time customers in the Mill Basin, Geritsen Beach, Marine Pk East Flatbush, Sheepshead Bay area like us.
My opinion the vehicles could be in better shape as in condition. And some drivers smokes so u may smell the lingering odor in tobacco.
I liked the tips i got from my customers. All the customers care about the most is getting to the destination safely and to be there to pick them up when you say you’ll be there.
Me reason for leaving is the really didn’t like the manager, and it got slower waiting for calls (guess some customer when elsewhere for car service or something).
My thing is try the company out for service, you MIGHT like it though.
