Natalia’s Natural Way

I came here through a groupon deal. All the other laser hair removal places that I have been to took at least 10 – 15 minutes to do a small area where as Natalia’s Natural way it was very quick. At first I thought it was something wrong with this particular treatment where in fact it was the exact opposite. They use the best and latest machines available and it really works! Would definitely recommend this place!!!

I had a very hard time scheduling an appointment with this merchant. She insisted that she would only take Groupon customers at a certain time. I live in another state, but I am in the area VERY often and still could not find a time where I was able to schedule an appointment. I eventually made an appointment, but got seriously ill for about a month. My doctors had me on partial bed rest so I cancelled the appointment with her blessing and was told I could use the Groupon later.
I didn’t expect her to honor the full value, even though she said she would, when I called for an appointment this morning. She advised me that since Groupon takes 51% of the price of her services, she was only willing to honor $ 26 of the $ 49 I paid for my Groupon. That is outrageous. I offered numerous times to pay the difference between the price of the service I wanted ($ 80) and the value of my voucher ($ 49) and she refused saying I would have to pay at least $ 60.
I no longer want anything to do with this merchant. She actually told me to call Groupon and have them help me. I hate vendors that use the benefits of Living Social and Groupon and then shun the customers who try to utilize the vouchers. That is so damn tacky!

I got a deal for them on Groupon to do laser hair removal on my underarms. I haven’t had to shave since my very first visit there, and after six visits nothing is growing. The offices are beautiful. Really not much else to say.

I got laser hair removal with a Groupon and first visited Natalia in January when she was just setting up her offices. In the last several months, she has renovated the entire office and made it cute and welcoming. The place is pristine and Natalia herself is knowledgable, friendly and accommodating to any scheduling issues or changes.
I tip on the total value amount (which is what you are supposed to do with a Groupon) and she is always seriously appreciative.
I was so impressed that I actually went back for a second round of treatments on another area. I will actually kind of miss her when I run out of unwanted hair, haha.

When I walked in to Natalia’s I was looking for some supplements and was greeted with a good sized selection. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, without being pushy. I walked out buying exactly what I needed and at a good price too.
