Huge portions, super cheap and a majorly chill vibe.
Ordered one of the plate meals for $ 6 (roast chicken, rice and beans) and couldn’t finish it because of the epic portion sizes! Definitely will keep coming back!

Happened upon this place for lunch. Spent under 6 bucks for a heaping portion of hot, fresh, delicious pernil and rice and beans. We also had the BBQ chicken, which was not bad, but even better when they gave us a side of this smoky BBQ sauce. Yummy. Will be eating leftovers for days! Can’t wait to come back here for dinner!

Ordered from here on a Wednesday night when one of my favorite eateries was closed. Call it fate. Call it chance. But the opportunity presented itself to order from Nelson Paella Restaurant (Corp if on seamless) and I now have a new favorite Spanish food delivery spot.
For $ 8.50, I ordered the pollo al horno y arroz con gandules, or the roasted chicken and rice with peas. The site suggested this meal could serve two and I laughed foolishly at its suggestion and proceeded to order a small sancocho soup (amazing for hangovers!) along with my meal. BF ordered the pork chops and rice.
For an unbelievable price, dinner arrived at our door (in about an hour) and to our amazement was a FEAST. The huge container of rice was filled to the very top. The container filled with chopped up chicken was about to explode. After consuming my very delicious soup, I was only able to fit a few spoonful’s of their very delicious rice and perfectly seasoned chicken into my mouth before I had to waive the white flag of defeat.
Big portions! I saved the leftover chicken and rice for lunch and ended up with 3 decent sized lunches for the week.
How is that for a bargain??!
I took away a star for the über dry pork chop and long delivery time but I really loved everything else!
