I was thrilled with the $ 6.50 lunch special(I had sweet and sour chicken, my friend had sesame chicken). It was a generous portion – enough for dinner later! Definitely a go-to place when visiting Brooklyn on a budget!

One of the oldest Chinese take outs in the neighborhood. They recently updated their menu but the price has gone up to… by 50 cents. Their lunch special menu has variety and their combo special is also comes in great variety. You can always get what you want for great price. I have been coming here for over 10 years and witnessed many changes through out history of the neighborhood and this is the one of the most subtle Chinese restaurant you can run into. If you expect 5 star restaurant quality from Chinese take out, you are in for the wrong… everything.

We came here late at around 10 pm and the place was empty. The parking lot was completely full though so I believe that later on at nights, people come for the karaōke. Judging from what I heard, it is a good place to do karaōke. We came for the food however and it was very delicious. To start off with, we had a pumpkin and taro soup, which was absolutely delicious. Very carbalicious though. We also tried the fish and tofu casserole. It was a bit blander than I would like so I had to ask for some pepper. Overall, pretty good dining experience.

Yuck! the worst Chinese food. I ordered chicken in garlic sauce and the sauce was slimy and gross. needless to say I made my own lunch.
