Eugene V.
Business Owner
Eugene immigrated to the United States from the Former Soviet Union, in pursuit of a dream he knew the country of his birth could not provide his children.
From 1982 through 1989, Eugene worked his way up to become the Manager for AAA Associates and the Vice President of FF Financial, where he oversaw the sales department, secured new lenders, and determined loan criteria and sold packaged portfolios.
Nevertheless, Eugene felt his professional growth was stifled and could achieve more on his own. In 1990, he founded New York Mortgage Exchange. Over the last twenty five years, Eugene has helped thousands of clients realize their dreams of homeownership and real estate investing. Eugene has helped his client’s weather turbulent times as well as capitalizes on opportunities.
