We are located in Brooklyn’s upcoming neighborhood of Sunset Park in the old Bush terminal, with easy access by car or public transportation.

We offer a multi functional space flooded with natural light that is available for photo shoots, film, events or meetings.

Next Door’s is composed of two main sections: The Loft and The Open Studio, with no walls between the two they can easily be combined.

The Loft is an open space with a beautiful Boffi kitchen, bathroom and a seating area.

The Open Studio is an open raw space with original industrial windows.

With our in house shop and talented set builders we can bring your creative vision to life.

There is also fully functional prep kitchen and a great choice of props and furniture.
