The worst hygienist I have ever had. Do not take Jennifer who makes cleaning painful; doesn’t offer you water or a mouthwash to rinse after she has left your mouth bleeding! To top it she thinks she knows everything about dentistry and your mouth without considering what you have to say and without ex Ray exams! I am not going back to that dental office. She is unprofessional and totally uncaring about her new patients!

After searching for a dentist for a few weeks, I decided to go with Noble Dental Care, and I am so glad that I did. Camille was very sweet and helped me with a last minute appointment. I cannot remember the name of my hygienist, but she was very personable and did a great job. Dr. Quartey was very bright, knowledgeable, and thorough. The office is comfortable and equipped with the latest technology. Overall, the best experience possible. I have found my dentist for as long as I live in Brooklyn!

My first visit here and wow talk about fantastic service. I had an emergency and walked in and was immediately accepted. I have found my new dentist! If you are looking look no further smiles are here from beginning to end. Looking forward to future visits.

Do you ever daydream about a dental practice where you really look FORWARD to your semiannual cleaning? I just always feel like I’m in the best possible hands when I’m there. The staff are so welcoming & funny, they laugh at my stupid jokes, etc. Just go and try them out. I believe you’ll be happy too.

I got there 20 minutes early and they took me right away. Everyone was super nice and diligent. Very clean office. I asked about 100 questions and they answered with smiles on their faces.
Painless experience. I went there thanks to Unilocal reviews so I had to leave one of my own.

I’ve been going to Noble Dental Care for over a year and I can not recommend them enough. I love how they are open late during the week and there are even saturday appointments available. The staff is so friendly and knowledgable. The office is spotless and you can even watch TV during your cleaning :) Highly recommend!

Jennifer and Dr. Quartey were very nice. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 1.5 years so was a little scared of the cleaning and what they’d uncover. The cleaning felt great and with minimal pain. I’ll definitely be going back.

Finally a well-​rated dentist who accepts UFT dental insurance (there is a copay of $ 15, but that’s so worth it vs the other UFT dentist who have 3 ratings or worse on the incredibly outdated UFT dental directory! Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to Dr. Quartey were incredibly nice and helpful. The office was well equipped with up to date technology and friendly reminders are sent to you about your appointment. Easy and professional!

This was my first visit to this practice. Dr. Quartey and staff are amazing – a wonderful mix of professional, friendly and warm, which makes you feel comfortable and in good hands.

Dr. Quartey’s entire staff – from front desk to patient chair – is friendly, professional, and helpful. All of my experiences at Noble Dental Group have consistently been positive, and I can’t say enough about how beautifully Dr. Quartey deals with my «dental anxiety.» Last night I called the emergency line and she was the one who picked up the phone! I’m now on my way to a 9 a.m. appointment that she made just for me. Do not look any further if you seek dental care – see Dr. Quartey!

She and her staff are amazing. Made me feel cared for, and did outstanding work on a terrible cavity that for all intents and purposes should have been a root canal.

Dr. Quartey and her staff are fantastic. I came here on my husband’s recommendation after a bad dental experience somewhere else.
The office is clean, unobtrusive, and lacks all the usual dismal doctor office décor. I booked my appointment through ZocDoc and submitted all my new patient forms online, so when I arrived a few minutes early to my appointment Camille told me all I needed to do was read a folder with office and patient information and sign. As soon as I was done, I was taken back for x-​rays.
They took 15 photos right in the chair, which wasn’t as comfortable as the 360 machine I’ve had used before, but it felt personalized and thorough. The dental assistant was friendly and did the x-​rays as quickly and gently as possible. They have a television mounted to the chair and give you a remote to watch whatever you want, which was a great way to distract from any minor discomfort.
Dr. Quartey is extremely personable, and it’s obvious she has a good relationship with her coworkers. She took her time with me and addressed all my issues and questions before the cleaning. The cleaning itself was thorough and professional, and Dr. Quartey and Aisha joked and talked with me the whole time, which was really fun.
All in all, the appointment flew by, and everyone in the office made it comfortable, easy, and genuinely enjoyable.

Pretty simple digital check-​in and it’s especially fast when you reserve via Zoc Doc. Didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for me to go in for a 5pm appointment on a Tuesday. After going through what seemed like a maze of halls/​offices, I was situated in a room with a chair that had a TV mounted with the news on. The tech took 20 minutes to take my X-​Rays which I suppose was ok since my mouth was numb from biting down so many times — it was more her smell that was bothering me I think.
Tricia Quartey, the DDS however was nice and pleasant. I wasn’t very chatty because of a long day but I heard that she had to sort of give recommendations to the same assistant, so it was pretty clear she wasn’t responsible for the hiring nor the training. I’ll come back in six months to see Tricia, but will hope I’ll get someone else to help.

Dr. Quartey is friendly, polite, and her office is beautiful. However, honestly, I feel that this is a rich people dentist, and I am not a rich person. The doctor will not compromise on price at all!!! Even for cash payments. Even if paid in full.
I had seen Dr. Quartey approximately four-​five times when I approached her about an Invisalign consultation. She told me the consultation would be $ 100. I did not get that consultation as I was able to schedule 5 free consultations with other dentists.
In discussing my root canal crown, I asked for a break in price and she said something to the effect of accepting my UFT insurance is already like a price break. She said it was something like her charitable contribution. I was kind of offended. I know I’m not as wealthy as most of her Park Slope clientele, but I’m not exactly a charity case either.
Furthermore, because I loved her personality, her gentle touch, the beautiful office and non-​existent wait-​time, I recommended her to three friends, one of which brought her two kids. So in total, I got Dr. Quartey 5 new clients. And still, I did not get any kind of a price break. Instead, I got Starbucks gift cards.
Anyway, because my charity-​inspiring UFT insurance pays for four cleanings a year, I got my teeth cleaned every three months. When I went to the dentist who did my Invisalign, he asked when the last time I got my teeth cleaned was. I told him it has been less than three months, and he could not believe it because of all the tartar buildup on my teeth. Its true that this cleaning was not as gentle and painless as Dr. Quartey’s. But now I understand that the gentleness and painlessness come with a not-​so-​through cleaning.
That being said, if I was wealthy and money was no object, I probably would have stayed on with this dentist. My co-​worker has dentist phobia. I took her here after I had already found another dentist for myself because I knew Dr. Quartey would be perfect with her and she was.

I agree with everything everyone else has said and more. I am so skeptical about dentists as a whole. By other dentists, I’ve had unnecessary work done, been overcharged, and left with bloody gums, the whole nine yards, so I am always terrified of what my dental experience is going to be like.
Dr. Quartey is different from any dentist I’ve ever met. It feels like you have a friend who happens to be a dentist, so you know they will be nice and gentle and won’t overcharge you and will only give you honest advice. Except, she’s my dentist and I only just met her. That’s the best way to describe it. She lets you watch what you want and interacts with you and the tv, so the appointment flies by. We also talked about running, and based on the reviews I’ve read (and my husband’s appointment with her), it seems like she finds a way to connect to patients somehow. Also, I have no insurance and she had a great special for new patients and her prices in general are lower than I’ve found elsewhere. No wait time and nice, clean office. Couldn’t recommend her any more highly.

This is exactly the dentist/​health care provider I have been looking for! Staff here were super friendly and genuine; you can tell that they are truly happy to be working there. I was impressed that the entire office system was electronic– what an environmentally friendly and advanced practice. Wait time here was minimal. Right when I walked in, all I had to do was read and sign a form, and then seen immediately. Office was very clean, making me feel at ease.
Dr. Quartey was very professional, efficient, warm, and gentle. She was funny, easy to talk to, and great at making you feel comfortable. She was very patient in describing concerns about my dental health.
I finally found the right dentist and the experience that I have been looking for. I highly recommend!
