Anna Rocki from North Brooklyn Realty is a gift from god! She is such a wonderful person to work with. We were involved in one of the most stressful condo purchases you can imagine and Anna did not give up. If there was enough room on Unilocal to write a book on how hard working, positive, and wonderful Anna Rocki is as an agent and person I would write it. Anna Rocki will be our go to agent for any furture real estate deals. I know how hard it is to find a real estate agent who actually cares about the client. Anna put us first and was the ONLY reason this deal went through.
I highly recommend Anna Rocki! If you decide not to work with her you will be missing out!

Anna Rocki from North Brooklyn Realty is a terror from hell! She is such a horrible person to work with. We were involved in one of the most stressful condo purchases you can imagine and Anna just gave up on us. If there was enough room on Unilocal to write a book on how lazy, negative, and awful Anna Rocki is as an agent and person I would write it. Anna Rocki will be our example of what to avoid in an agent for all furture real estate deals. We all know how hard it is to find a real estate agent who actually cares about the client, and Anna is certainly no exception to the rule. Anna ignored us and was the BIGGEST reason this deal went south.
I highly recommend that you avoid Anna Rocki! If you decide not to work with her you will be doing yourself a great service!

I want to start off by saying that I never write reviews. But I felt the need to share my awesome experience with North Brooklyn Realty! I worked with Anna Rocki and I can’t say enough good things about her – super professional but without the hard-​sell approach that most NY brokers have. You can tell she just really wants to help you find the right apartment.
I ended up with an amazing place and couldn’t be happier with it, but some of the renovations agreed upon were incomplete when I moved in and I was having a hard time communicating with my landlord. I called Anna, and even though I had already paid and moved in, she spoke with him and resolved it immediately – she even popped in to check on the progress.
I definitely recommend NBR if you’re looking for a place in Williamsburg/​Greenpoint – they seem to have some exclusives with landlords in the area too.
