This is nothing more than a mill. Once they get your insurance card, they order every test known to man. The main goal here is to sell services, and bill bill bill!

Went to this Doctor because a friend of mine had great experience with helping her back and other various pains. I certainly would have given Dr. Katz a four star based on her appointment with me. She was thorough and caring and was able to find the cause of my neck pain with one visit (previously Doctor kept sending me to specialist without results).
However…although I was highly pleased with the Doctor — you will NEVER get the office staff to follow up on ANYTHING. They will not have the Doctor returns calls, they will not follow up on next steps — even if they say they will, they won’t. So if you get any follow up you are on some special VIP list.
So at the end of the day — wonderful Doctor thwarted by very polite but unreliable staff… If you have time to burn, go for it — if you have other things to do besides calling to see if your file was taken care of every other day — skip them.
