History
Established in 2000.
For many years I have worked for an Engineering School of NYU, teaching mathematics, as well as for a private school geared towards gifted and talented children. Without delving into the various philosophies used in the teaching of math to students, I can simply say that any given topic in the school’s curriculum for which 12 or more school hours are allotted can be brilliantly and unforgettably presented by me in 20 minutes. To put it bluntly, I simply guarantee results to the people who earnestly follow my approach and my philosophies.

Mathematical curiosity begins with an understanding of the material. As it turned out, many teachers, students and parents were sure that intellectual curiosity was something binary; it either existed or it didn’t. «I don’t need mathematics», «I don’t like mathematics», and «I’m not interested in mathematics» are things often said by children to adults around them. These conclusions seem final and irreversible. «Sit down and study,» their parents would command in reply, sincerely believing that you can will yourself through the maze of difficult equations and command your brain to understand the material. Certainly a child can be forced to sit down and stare at a book, but he cannot and will not study a subject that he doesn’t like and doesn’t understand. The beauty of mathematics is that upon understanding a concept, truly understanding it, this subject is impossible not to like or at least find some enjoyment in.
