I used to live right across the street from this place and I’ve always passed by but never actually did my laundry there. Today I decided to give it a try. What a deception. The place was packed with impolite people trying to cut the wait and going in front of other people. The owner does not speak English and struggling she told me the other woman have the right to cut the line because she goes there every week and this was my first time… Needless to say. Waste of my time.

A neighborhood laundromat that is open 12 hours each day of the week deserves respect. It is so convenient when you can drop off your laundry bag in the morning before heading to work and then pick it up on the way back without unnecessary rush.
But Ocean Lucky May has plenty more to maintain my happiness level — reasonable prices for Wash & Fold services, dry-​cleaning, clean and spacious facilities, always courteous and neat workers. A neighborhood gem.
