Where do I start? I have a horrible allergy to flowers and don’t really care for flowers to begin with. I did not know what I could possibly decorate the wedding with! I was finally talked into flowers, I did not know the flower style I wanted, all I knew is that I did not want to sneeze, cough, or tear at my wedding. Diana recommended a beautiful crystal Chuppah that did not need flowers, as it was gorgeous all on its own! She also recommended beautiful centerpieces that blew everyone away. I highly recommend Diana and will use her for family events from here on in.

Oleander Florist did the flowers for my friend’s wedding and they were gorgeous — so when I got engaged, I called her. We communicated via email initially and I went to the shop to meet with her to discuss centerpieces and the bouquet. I brought pictures and Diana was confident that she could recreate all of it. She is extremely knowledgeable about flowers and wedding design. We gave her our budget and she pointed us to exact pages in her albums for ideas. The price was great and so we booked her. On our wedding day, the flowers showed up right on time and couldn’t have been more beautiful. They looked EXACTLY like the photo I gave her. I almost couldn’t believe it. My bouquet of mini yellow callas with little white flower accents was bright and fresh and gorgeous. The centerpieces of yellow pom poms were simple and elegant and fun. Everything was perfect. She really nailed it. I would highly recommend Oleander for your wedding.

I love this flower shop. I live in DC and order flowers from them for my family, who live in Bensonhurst. The florist is super friendly (she even remembered me last time I called) and easy to work with. Their prices are also very reasonable and they deliver in a timely manner and without any problems. It’s the best experience that I’ve had with a florist. Big thumbs up.

Another florist that I highly recommend. The owner is really creative and does a lot of events around the neighborhood. I’ve seen her centerpieces at a friends bday and they were truly exceptional. She is really nice to work with and can really cater to your needs. She can take care of linens and chair covers as well. I would have her do my events anytime.
