Absolutely avoid this company at all costs! After 7 months of dealing with this mess, I don’t want to waste another minute of my time… except to possibly save anyone else from experiencing the worst possible customer service they provide. You can read my Unilocal review under their other business name of Appliances Connection. Save yourself the headache!

I interviewed at this place, I wish I read the customer comments on the company before going on a training day. Wow I experienced customer unhappiness overload, it seemed all customers complained about the same things, poor delivery service, over priced or wrongly priced items, defective units with dents, dings and scratches and my all time favorite being told one price and charged something totally. It seems as this hole in the wall company really has some explaining to do. They are bad with customer service, bad with electronics and appliances and also bad employers. Avoid these people should have been shut down a long time ago. This company is run by the Russian mob and all these mobsters do is promise the world and deliver dirt, literally… And steal your money in the process. I saw the inside to this company… I promise the customer side is no better.

AVOIDATALLCOSTS!!! Their so called express delivery is not express if you call 25 days for delivery express. The washer I bought was sent with a dent in it(packaging was in tact). They also go by the name Appliances Connection, probably to cover up all the bad reviews under this name. After returning the washer(keeping the dryer because I would have had a restocking charge) I was not refunded the discounted amount for the«pair» nor would they even consider it even though the purposefully sent me a dented product(which is apparently a norm). BECAREFULYOUMAYBESCAMMEDLIKE I WAS, and DON’T expect fast food shipping even with the expedited. DONTWASTEYOURMONEY!!! Go to a place that treats you like a real customer.

The only reason they are getting a one star is because it is not possible to give them zero stars. may have great prices, but their customer service is HORRIFIC!!! If you don’t believe me visit the NY Better Business Bureau website and read through the complaints. I bought a refrigerator that would not work when I unwrapped it and plugged it in. I called them within half an hour of the drivers making the delivery to have them come back and get it. I was told I need to follow their«procedure» of opening a ticket and providing them the information they need to process it. Three weeks later, one service visit and a myriad of calls and they still haven’t picked it up. They even wanted me to pay the freight to ship this defective item back to their warehouse! They play a game of strong-arming and imitidating you to try to wear you down and eventually get you to back down. Guess what, I will not bend. I ordered ANDPAIDFOR a first quality item but that is not what I got. I don’t want something that needs a motherboard(and who knows what else) replaced right out of the gate. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. You may pay a little bit more but go with a big box retailer(don’t forget about Sears!) who will work with you if there are any issues no questions asked.

This place is doing business as Appliancesconnection and Appliances Connection. I purchased four appliances from their website and they all came damaged. They would not let me return the appliances or give me any money back. Check out the Better Business Bureau website and read through over 300 complaints. This place should be shut down for misleading customers.

The store does have good prices, however, the customer service seriously stinks. We ordered Whirlpool washer andr dryer, and paid 75% of the price upfront. We have also already purchased pedestals for the machines online from another retailer due to a great Black Friday deal. On the day of the delivery, the store called to say that the truck was in an accident and they don’t know when the machines will now arrive. After my Dad yelled at them, they have agreed to substitute these for the Electrolux machines, take the Whirlpool pedestals and replace them with the ones fitting Electrolux for additional 70 bucks, so we agreed. The delivery that was supposed to arrive on Wed, was moved to Fri and then, after another round of yelling, came on Monday. My husband could not properly inspect all the items because he was taking care of the baby, and when I came home, I noticed that one of the pedestals storage compartment was open, and when I tried to close it, it would not go. Turns out, the suspension mechanism on it was broken. The next day, we called the store and they said they would replace it, but we need to come to their warehouse on Foster Avenue, so my husband went and the pedestal was not in stock, they said it will arrive in the evening. This was on Wed. Today is Friday, and the pedestal is still not there. At this point, I don’t know what else to do except for reporting this business anywhere and everywhere.
