One Stop Shell

Good service. Tow truck drivers sent by AAA made short work of getting my dead car out of an underground parking garage. Work was done quickly while i waited, at what i believe was an average price — not inexpensive (except for AAA discount, applied…) but not feeling like a rip-​off either. Let me chip in on a couple of hot dogs when someone made a lunch run to Nathan’s nearby :) If the repair work stays repaired, as I expect it will, they’ll have my business again in the future should i need it.

I’ve been taking my minivan to this place for about ten years for various repairs. They have always been very accommodating and did the work quickly and competently for a reasonable price. And, bonus, the B1 bus is a few blocks away, comes really often, and stops near where I live.
I don’t know if they would be up to finding a software glitch in the infotainment system on your BMW 7 series, but for the normal mechanical stuff — brakes, AC, fuel injection, maintenance etc. they do a great job.

They responded within 5 minutes and after their callback to confirm someone was dispatched to my location, I had a tow truck arrive within 10 minutes or so!!!
From my first phone call, to the arrival of the tow truck, I don’t believe I waited longer than 30 minutes. I am usually hesitant when dealing with towing companies since they normally take advantage of tough situations, by charging exorbitant tow fees. This place is quite the opposite.
I highly recommend this towing company to anyone that gets stuck somewhere in the Brooklyn/​NYC area and needs a lift. They have extremely fair pricing, and they work incredibly fast. I even needed a second truck to help with my predicament, yet I was still home within an hour! Working Serge and Anthony was VERY pleasant. If Serge is available, ask for him!!!

I broke down in downtown Brooklyn and call AAA they came fast !?! They found that it was my battery and I replaced it with them it was an excellent experience !?! They was kind and friendly The technician that came to me was Gino from one stop 86 !?! If anybody breaks down in downtown Brooklyn and close AAA ask for Gino from one stop

Received excellent and honest service here: tow truck operation (for AAA) was prompt, courteous and professional. They even went a little out of their way to drop me off at my kid’s soccer game on the way to their shop. When they diagnosed the problem on my van they noticed that the problem part (fuel pump) looked new and they asked if it might be under warranty at the dealer? Yes, it was, and so they charged me a fair price to then tow to dealer, and a fair price for having looked at it. I cannot yet recommend their repair work, but based on these two interactions with them, I would happily return to them with confidence. Thank you Rudy, Khan and the One Stop team!

I urge anyone with vehicle problems to come to One Stop, Why? Let me tell you of my recent experience. My Pathfinder had a problem where it would not start without jingling the positive battery connector block. I took the car to the Nissan Dealership only several blocks away and all they could do was shrug their shoulders and look clueless at me and the car. For a while all I could do is use duck tape to hold it in place. I did this for close to a year. Pretty ridicules, so yesterday I changed the connectors myself. Unfortunately that didn’t fix the problem and later the car actually shut down on me as I started to drive it. Not a good thing to experience I can tell you! This morning I had it towed to One Stop and about two hours later I get a call from Rudy who tells me the problem is fixed. Fixed!!! A problem that the Nissan guys couldn’t or didn’t want to resolve but were quite happy to charge me labor cost for! So I sit here with my IPA beer (in the house) and I celebrate all the guys at One Stop and if you ever wished you had a family member who was a mechanic wish no more. These guys are on top of their game and their prices are very reasonable. These Guys are Brooklyn’s Blue Collar Heroes. Thank You One Stop!

Received a road-​side battery replacement from One Stop Shell via AAA yesterday. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous service. Could not be happier and would definitely use them again.
