Papa John’s Pizza

I placed an order on seamless half an hour before closing and they came through! One of the toppings were misplaced but we had a lot of toppings so it’s okay. The pizza was delicious. We made sure to tip well for our pickiness in customizing the pizza as well as the inconvenient time we placed the order.

I ordered pizza with 4 different toppings, 2 on each side. And when I received pizza they placed all 4 of them on one side, and nothing on the other.
And customer service did not help me when I called to complain. All they said that some one will call me back in a few days, and no one did.
Terrible experience. Will never order from this location.

I just order 2 large pizza and 2 liter of Pepsi from this place and this people brought me my order wrong n this guy I met his delivery person call me and trying to tell me if I was lying they didn’t even bring me two piece of s*** drink and when I call them back and tell them they should come and take their stuff and give me my money back and they giving me an attitude and tell they don’t going to do it M people I’m telling you do not order from these people again

It’s a Papa John’s. My opinion its better than the dominoes half a block away. Never had an issue with their online ordering. Parking can be an issue. The parking lot next to it belongs to McDonald’s. You may get towed if you park there. I usually go with my girlfriend to pick up food so if I have to use their lot, I have my girlfriend go inside McDonald’s and pick up ice cream or fries or something on their dollar menu while I pick up the pizza.

This is review for customer service primarily. I love their pizza and have been their «online order» customer for over 2 years, never had problem, until tonight. Called in because my order didn’t go through, who ever answered the phone was very rude for absolutely no reason. At the end he just hung up the phone on me. What kind of people do you hire to serve customers!!!
Since it’s a chain, I feel like my frustration should get out there for corporate to know, because speaking to those rude individuals is useless.
I don’t think I will order from them again, it’s not the OnLy pizza place in town, don’t forget that

Ordered twice the past 2 months. Pizza came hot and ffresh both times. I never waited more then 30 minutes.

My husband and I order at least once a week online with this place for delivery, we get Papa points and earn a free pizza after 25 points, boo yah! Their chicken wings and chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce… the bomb! The delivery guys are normally very nice, some not as much as others but pretty good. I recommend them highly!

Papa John’s … eat it while it’s fresh or it’s cold pizza for the kids and yourself. I love love Papa John’s, the crust is thin and light enough, and the cheese oo the cheese will melt your troubles away but only when you eat it fresh. Delivery and pickup is relatively on time. The three times that I’ve not ordered in the store, the pizza came out pretty stale and the ingredients don’t appear much. In general, this goes for all papa johns locations.
I went to this location 2 months ago. From across the street, this location stands out with it’s bright lights but up close and once you enter, you’ll be wondering where do people eat the pizza? This location has no chairs, it only has one stand table and it’s very spacious. The workers are pretty friendly. I would come here if I want to grab a slice and eat in the car right away. Or time it perfectly to do pickup once the pizza is ready.
*Can’t bring myself to give papa john’s 3 stars because the pizza IS good but eat it fresh — the way it’s suppose to be.
