Pasquariello Antonio

Thats interesting, I know Antonio Pasquariello for the past 8 years and am suprised anyone would make a valid complaint on Unilocal and not directly with the Board Association, where no compliants exist. Sounds more like people that lost cases are against him!!!

Antonio Pasquariello may be a fine lawyer but you may have difficulty getting in contact with him. I appreciate that his time is valuable and that he has his secretary screen his phone calls. However, nobody deserves to be interrogated by his secretary the way I was when I called to set up an initial consultation and get a fee quote.
The questions asked by his secretary went well beyond what was relevant to the situation and frankly were an invasion of my privacy. It was clear that the questions were deliberately crafted to profile my financial standing and my ultimate ability to pay for legal costs (i.e. what do you do? where do you live? how much do you pay in rent? etc.). The interrogation would not stop even after I paused to say that I had provided enough information to set up the consultation. At that point his secretary continued with the questioning and became increasingly rude. Eventually I gave up and told her that I did not want to continue the conversation and would find another lawyer.
Maybe Antonio doesn’t need my business. That is okay. There are hundreds of good lawyers in New York that treat prospective clients with respect and I will happily pay my legal fees to someone else.
