About the receptionist — the most rude person I ever talked to. She hung up the phone and then argued with me when I called back to make an appointment, then put me on the infinite hold — several times. All that while I need to make an EMERGENCY appointment which simply can’t make becuase she just puts me on hold when I call. VERY unprofessional, rude, and childish.
About the doctor — I saw this doctor before and recently my son went there. My experience was OK, but he accidentally injured my son’s hand with the scissors.
All around, pathetic reception and a not-​so-​great aging doctor, who just doesn’t give a damn. You decide.

Great doctor, very warm, soft spoken and easy to talk to. Doesn’t say a lot during visit but takes the time to answer all your questions without feeling rushed. He is a top rated doctor and very knowledgeable. He knew my diagnosis right away before confirming with an x-​ray. And just as he suggested I took six weeks to heal.

Unreal. Save your time go somewhere else. The wait time to see a dr is over an hour. To make matters worse. Dr couldn’t figure out why I was Experiencing pain, rescheduled me for a different test on a different day. Had to wait over an hour and a to see some one. As a result. He told me I have to refer you out! I think the only thing he knows is how to help a patient with is carpal tunnel syndrome.
