I give THIS location of Payless 5 stars. I go out of my way to come to this location because they provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are helpful, pleasant and the store is always clean and easy to shop. I have shopped the one at Flatbush Junction (closer to my home) and will take this location over the Junction ANYTIME.
As for the Kings Plaza location– don’t waste your time. Rude, discourteous and all around unpleasant place to shop.
