Can I give ZERO stars instead of one??? I ordered prints online from this place. I live in the same zip code, so when they emailed me the following day to say that my prints had been shipped, I happily assumed I’d see them in the next day, maybe two. After a week, I wrote an email to customer service, and they responded saying that the prints were on their way, and that my case was considered ‘closed’. I called the phone # provided, and a woman took down my information, saying she’d look into it and call me back. Never heard from her, and every time I try to call, I get passed around from person to person, all without any information. They have been completely unapologetic and borderline rude. Its been two full weeks since I placed my order — wish I’d just used Adorama or somewhere reputable. Never again.
