There’s no one around to assist you really. They need more help! Isn’t this the holiday season? I had pumps on and my feet were killing me from standing in one spot for so long to be rang up. I wanted to leave my things at the register. I’m a pier 1 fan but id prefer to go to Long Island when I really do damage. This one is very neat but the presence of reps are limited. I couldn’t reach the wreaths that they hung up really high for Shaq like women to reach. I can’t get up there! So I grabbed things at my eye level and left.

I adore this store. I just wish the prices weren’t so high for items. Seriously… All their products and decorations and chairs and everything are beautiful! Just wish I could afford more of what I want. My apt needs more Pier 1 Imports!!!

I was excited to see a pier one in this mall being i shop at the one in queens, closer to home. However No one around to help. I wasn’t the only one who thought that being I heard another lady saying the same. I did see employees except they acted as if they didn’t see the shoppers. Not one can I help you or friendly smile. I’ll just stick to Queens pier one, very friendly staff and will take

This location is new and very nice. I hope it stays that way. My cousin and I visited a few days back and although she frequents Pier 1 if was my first time inside of one. I damn near lost my mind! I loved loved loved this store.
Can’t remember the sales lady name who helped us but she was personable and put up with my cousin and my silliness. She was knowledgeable about the store policies.
I will definitely be returning.
