Warning! Do not frequent this business. Dishonest and disgusting creeps seem to be operating this place. Nobody would take responsibility for anything here. Find an alternative. Places such as Prestige represent how useful local reviews can be. Do not take a chance with this biz, something is nearly guaranteed to go wrong. !No bueno!

I never write reviews but feel its absolutely necessary. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. The owner, Jeremy Klein is the most duplicitous, underhanded, thorny person I hope to ever encounter. He lost over 12 items of my clothing (over $ 7,500) worth and refuses any responsibility whatsoever. The only reason I used this cleaners to begin with was because my building recommended them and gave a discount (which, they did not honor and overcharged). I will never get my clothes back and this is a fraudulent business (if you can call it such). Stay away at all costs!
