He started ProjectArmy to provide small businesses with affordable, quality marketing solutions while educating and guiding clients on a path to success.

Viktor has served in the US Navy, and has a BA in Photojournalism from the Rochester Institute of Technology. His journalism training is at the core of his marketing success, helping small businesses tell their story with actionable content.
