You know what Pro line cleaned up really well. Shef, the owner contacted me about the tints & asked me to come in. Not only was he beyond professional, he created a welcoming atmosphere. He offered to redo my tints which was the only thing I really wanted, but he hooked it up with WAYYY BETTER Tint film. He also acknowledged that my problem, was a problem & explained to me that PRO LINE NYC only seeks perfection in what they do.
If you ever go to PRO Line, speak to Shef. He’s the go to man.

It took a while and cost some money, but it looks and sounds good. The bluetooth mic did not work when I got home. I couldn’t test it in their lot because the unit had a password so I had to wait to get home to find out it didn’t work. Their website says if something goes wrong, they’ll take care of it. They did, pretty fast when I went back. Bluetooth and mic works 100%. It would be a disaster if there was no hands free calls, because I regularly use my phone in the car for business. When the mic didn’t work, I was thinking back to my first aftermarket install way back when. It never worked. I went back to the place again and again, it never got fixed and then the place went out of business. I don’t think you’ll have that problem here. I had to go to a lot of places. They either couldn’t or wouldn’t install this for whatever reason.

This is the second time that I had occasion to use this business. They are honest, courteous and don’t try to sell me stuff that I don’t need or want.

Clearly one of those shops that say anything to sell you a product and then treat you like a stepchild afterwards.
I came in about two weeks ago to get an air horn installed on my car. Then take your car into what I can only call a bat cave and then retrieve you when the work is «finished». Two weeks later my air horn stops working so I bring the car back in. They then tell me that the ground wire wasn’t secure which is why the horn stopped working. I was then informed that I would be charged $ 40 for the «guys time». I would assume that the installation specialist would make sure that the wire is mounted to a secure ground when he originally does the work but maybe I’m nuts. After the issue, that apparently I caused, was addressed and fixed the horn still had not worked. I think it would be only right to assume that they made a wrong diagnosis. But would this salesman back down? NO! He then tells me «well we fixed what we thought might have been the issue but we’ll just wire it to the battery». To me, a sane and logical thinking human, that means you were wrong and I shouldn’t be charged for your faulty labor. Honestly do not get work done here. It will be the worst mistake you can make. Nothing is ever their fault. I’ve past this place many times while driving and thought they’d be reputable. Boy was I WRONG! NEVER COME HERE!!!

WOW! WHERE DO I BEGIN? Proline has professionally customized over 4 of my cars. They take their time and respect their work. Never had any complaints. Their working environment is clean and organized. I recently bought a 2015 Jeep SRT and the day after I got it I took it straight there. I highly recommend them. Anything you need go in or call Mike, Anthony, or Sheff for advice and sales. GO PROLINE!

Ever since I started coming to proline earlier this year it’s been a pleasure staff are very friendly and make sure they explain every detail of the products you choose before installing once I started here and can’t go to no other car stereo place I only trust them.

Never again, almost destroyed my 120k car, disconnected the battery put the car offline which a car of this nature should never have done to it, This faulty sound system blew my fusebox and caused me to almost lose my whole ecu tune.
Pay over 3k and get mediocre work how great thinking I should make a video.
Their timeframe was way off they said 1 – 2 days to install everything and held the car for over a week. The called me to inform me my car was ready and it wasn’t. They said they had to wash it, while 30 workers stood around looking clueless as what their job is and no one cleaning my car. I said forget it don’t clean it and an hour later I finally got my car out of there. They also installed the positive and negative to the amp to close to eachother it burnt a whole in my trunk before blowing my fuse box. Dont trust these people new owner and they have no clue what they are doing hopefully they close again they don’t deserve to be working on cars maybe deserve working in a scrap yard or something of that sort.
Went elsewhere got everything fixed up for almlst half the price proline told me if your looking for a good spot hit up All Brooklyn Auto sound I wrote a review for them they are very fair with pricing and they say 2 – 3 says for a custom box they actually mean it.
Don’t let this happen to you be smart and stay educated people.

Anthony and the crew made my 1989 Suburban sounds better than ever. A great deal and they did a rush job no sweat… so I could head out on vacation to beat the traffic. Love the no pressure whole still getting me what I needed… including a rad bass adjust knob that is gonna come in handy. Great experience!

Was brought in through a Groupon deal I found on a remote starter, dealt with Anthony, superb customer care and car knowledge. Extremely satisfied with my service and products I picked up here!

Disgusting service! came in for a simple headlight swap, took them the whole day to do it and when I got home I realized my cooling tank was broken and leaking everywhere, fenders were popped because they didn’t remove my front bumper to remove the headlights, that’s the right way to do it for my vehicle and the lights were not installed properly, drl’s were not wired properly and won’t light up, they didn’t even snake the light cable through the seal, both headlights fogged up next day. This was the most incompetent and lazy service I’ve ever had, I don’t usually write reviews but after my horrible experience there I felt I should get the word out. Save your time and money and skip this place!

Never again! These ghetto hood guys are so rude, and un-​accommodating ! I called before going in to get a device removed, and they said that if I got my car there by 4:30, they would have the job done by the time they closed. I got there at 3:00pm, and they kicked me out at 5:45, because they wanted to go home. They do not close until 6:30pm! I asked the tech if I could give him cash to do it, and he said it was fine by him, but that it was the boss’ call. The boss said he didn’t want to pay the guy overtime, but what about my 3 hours of time, that I could’ve been working?! No budging whatsoever.

Back again to repair my fog lights. It’s only been 5 months since I got them installed and they keep going out. I hope today they will be able to fix the problem for good.

Friendly sales staff. But quality of work trash. I went to get a full system install 3tvs 2 subs 4 interior speakers 2 amps HID kit and back up camera.
12 hrs later car comes out
Headrest tvs not working.
System not grounded.
Backup camera not mounted properly.
Worst of all dings in the paint.
I was told I can bring it back but I chopped it up as lesson learned. I took it to another shop to fix it and I was embarrassed to for them to say where I got the work done. I spent 2k at proline after this experience I wouldn’t buy a battery for my remote starter from them.

Found these guys on Instagram and they were offering an excellent deal for a Viper Remote Start which included installation. I received quotes from a handful of local dealers out here in Jersey and Proline had everyone beat. I decided to take a drive out to Brooklyn on my day off and get the remote start installed on my 2009 Nissan Maxima. As soon I walked in I was immediately & warmly greeted by Anthony. I told him what I was looking for and mentioned the deal I saw on ig, and he walked from behind the counter to review the options of remote starts & security systems. He did mention that the deal on ig did not include the module since my car is push to start and there would be an additional cost, but that is standard. Everyone charges extra for the module including Best Buy. Even with the additional cost of the module, they still were competitively priced. Anthony explained other options available to me such as smart start from my phone, but at no point did I ever feel pressured and or like I was being taken advantage of. He was just explaining the features of and benefits of the additional modules and left it up to me to decide if that was something that I wanted. Throughout the sale, Shef started talking to me and he was professional, friendly and as a female in a male dominated industry, I felt right at home and not out of place. I instantly knew that I made the right decision driving from jersey to Brooklyn because the service was on point. Once I decided what exactly i wanted to do, Anthony told me it would take about 3 hours, but if it were done sooner he would let me know. I took the extra time to visit family and at the 3 hour mark I received a call letting me know the car was ready. I was impressed that they were spot on with the timing of how long they quoted me for my vehicle to be ready. I came back, Anthony came with me outside to show me all the features of the remote start and get me up and running. The entire experience was great from beginning to end, and I wish I would have found them sooner. But I will definitely be a repeat customer for my audio needs and would recommend them to everyone.

Very professional! Went with my partner to get a remote starter installed. We just walked in so I honestly didn’t expect for it to be done today. We walked in and we were helped immediately by Anthony and Shef. They greeted us and waited no time in helping us with what we needed. Anthony explained every detail of the installation and what we needed and what extra options we had with the Viper. We left the car with them and he said it would take around 3 hours. He called us exactly in 3 hours saying the car was ready. Once we got there he explained how to use it and answered all of our questions.
I will continue to give them my business! For a walk in I was very pleased with the costumer service they provided. Thanks to Anthony and Shef and the guys at Proline!
