Absolutely disgusting attitudes terrible customer service no help at all what so ever can ever finish your sentence over the phone before you even get your words out you either get hung up on and or someone cutting you off every chance they get this is completely unacceptable I don’t understand how they hire people to answer the phone with zero people skills its to the point you get so upset you go blind with rage and it completely ruins your day I don’t know who runs this car service I really don’t but you seriously need to either change tour employee’s or have people that are better dealing with people to answer the phone because after that I can assure you I will no longer be taking this car service at all these people are rude and disgusting and deserve whatever bad karma comes their way

Called for a car, got a price of $ 14, get to the destination and give the driver-​crook $ 20 and ask for change, he tells me the ride is $ 20 due to bad weather.
I told him Im calling his base/​dispatch to straighten this out, he say fine. After I started dialing he tells me give me $ 16 and acts all pissed off.
While driving the drivers kept telling me that eu works 7 days a week 12 – 14 hrs a day, I wonder if DOT has a limit on how many hours is the driver allowed to work, because he was driving scary

They leave too many cards on my front door. They are creating a total mess of the neighborhood. I will not use them because all the litter they create in front of my house. They are located 50 blocks from my house too.

Scammers. Promised a price and then was charged extra for my baggage– a TV. Since when is extra baggage charged? This is not an airline. I get paying the hardworking driver, not this sad excuse of a business.

What ever you do, don’t leave you cell phone behind even if its a Galaxy 4 with a cracked screen.
You will call this company exactly 2 minutes after you get out of the car, and ask them to please bring you back your phone. The cab driver will come back and DENY to your face that there was ever a phone in the car, «oh check your bag». You call your phone and suddenly he is nervously playing with his phone and the sound goes off basically covering the vibrate of your own.
You cry and wail, explain to him that you have pictures of family members and contacts. You offer 50 $ for your phone. More than he would probably get if he fenced it. He denies having your phone.
Hours later, after you purchase a new phone for 600 $ and check your voicemail, you hear yourself wailing, exactly like you did in front of him, and you hear his reassuring voice telling you that he doesn’t have your phone, but you can call him later and find out if one of the customers he picked and dropped off in the 2 seconds before you called him back turns in your phone.
Oh and when you asked him to see his TLC license, he won’t show you because he doesn’t have one, and nor is the cab his. He is renting it, and he doesn’t even have the TLC idea displayed like he is supposed to.
This is a true story. I have the cell phone recording.

Called for a car and the cab driver drove off as we attempted to get in the car. When I called the base, they apologized and sent a new car within 5 minutes. Although they kept apologizing, this shouldn’t of happen in the first place.

They liars, never coming on time, they will tell you 10 minutes they will come after 30 minutes, they don’t know how to do the job, they did it twice to me,
I’m not taking them anymore !!!

If you’re going into Manhattan be sure to ask for a driver with an EZ Pass.
That will save a lot of time getting through the toll. A LOT

Rude. Absolutely rude phone service. I asked for a quote and I was told to «hurry up. I don’t have time” — whatever the junk that means. I got my price, which was 6 dollars more than I had paid the previous weekend for the same trip. I asked the operator about that and he said «hurry up. Make your decision».
If it weren’t for my time crunch I would not have gone with them. The driver missed me (I was standing in the street on a Saturday at 9 am — not hard to miss) and I called and they told me I wasn’t there. The same car picked me up and I said «you JUST passed me!” — a claim which he absolutely denied.
Now, I am Not the pickiest person … But this establishment sucks. The people running it suck, and I’d go so far as saying everyone there borders on incompetent.
Only use them if you HAVE to. Their cars DO work, and the shocks seem pretty decent.

I use car services quite often in the morning. I also use Puebla quite often in the morning but in the past 3 months their service has fallen off. Their pick times are off, a good percentage of their drivers speak no English and some of them try to hit on you. I am not sure if they switched management but SWITCH BACK.

Terrible. Never showed at my reserved time. When I called to inquire on the situation, they asked me if I had a reservation, re-​requested all of my information, and told me «5 minutes.» Based on other NY Car Service reviews, I took 5 minutes to mean «we will show up when we get there.» I told the operator he had 5 minutes. I waited 7, called them back and was put on hold immediately. I hung up and called someone else. Never again will I use this unreliable company.

Update — Nov. ’14 — took them down a star — feel bad about saying this cause the guys are pretty nice in generally — Just ok now: they used to be more reliable — there’s more of a problem now that they don’t necessary come when you ask them to be there. Clean cars — good drivers.

This car service is not good, stay away from them. I dont recomend it to anybody, drivers could not understand my destination, I had to draw a picture where I wanted to go, the Empire State Building. You may laugh but it is true, very unprofessional. Not satisfied.

I had to go to Clinton Hill around 11pm and knowing the trains. It would be really slow. I rarely take cabs (unless i’m really drunk!!!), car services even rarer. When my friend told me to just call a car to pick me and he’ll pay… I was like, «HELL YES!». Puebla Express was fast and picked me up right away. From Sunset Park to Clinton Hill only cost me $ 16. It would be almost $ 10 with a normal cab coming from Atlantic Center.
What I like about my cabby is that he was cool. Not uptight at all. I would definitely use these guys again.
