Immaculate rehearsal space here in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Just one beautiful 25 by 12 foot room, with a window and brand new 1400 BTU AC. The room is located in the back of Sanford and Sven’s Second Hand shop. There are no other rehearsal rooms next to it, so you don’t have to listen to anybody else but yourself, and there are no neighbors to complain about noise. It’s soundproofed with a floating floor and clean carpeting. There is a clean bathroom for your use. There is no cigarette smoking in the studio.
