Great food, worth dodging myrtle ave construction.

Really good crêpe, nice deco on crêpe and interior, nice server, reasonable price. What more do you ask for from a creperie? Nada mas. Enjoy!

This place was fantastic! My hubby and I got a ham, egg, and cheese bfast crêpe to split bc we were meeting people for brunch later on. This was a perfect meal to tide us over! He got an iced coffee and I got a vanilla latte. Both were great!

Great experience! Free wifi, awesome music reasonably priced and all around great vibes. Had the florentine crêpe and have to say it was great! Their crêpe batter really brings it all together. Crepes take a little longer to make but it’s well worth it. Over all I can’t wait to go back!

The shop was located on a busy street in Myrtle Ave. It is not new per se, but it is somewhat modern for a creperie. The main focus are crepes, but I didn’t get any as I wasn’t really hungry. I opted for a drink as it was really warm. There are a large number of seats in the spacious shop. The back wall is where they took orders and where the crepes are made. The front is where all the seats are located. There are a number of paintings on the wall and a large wooden dining table. I like the table because it felt like I am about to have dinner. There are also couches on one side, but they were filled. I made my way to the ordering counter, but in my opinion, the service could be better. I wasn’t greeted when I approached the counter. I felt a bit pressured to order something as soon as possible because the barista just stood there waiting for me to tell him what I want. When I did ordered a latte, he didn’t seem to comprehend what I was talking about. I mean a latte is a latte, right? He did some fooling around on the iPad and when he told me the total, I gave him my phone to punch in the code for this prepaid coffee app call CUPS. He did know what the CUPS app was, but didn’t seem to know how to use it or even the code. He proceeded to ask another barista about the app, but him too did not know what the code was. Eventually, a lady that was making a crêpe for another customer had to step in and told them the code. After a few minutes, I got my latte, but it wasn’t good at all. I thought I was drinking skim milk rather than a latte. And when I decided to add sugar into the drink, they didn’t have any stirrers. Um, what? I’ll probably give this place another try if it wasn’t so far away.

Venture out to this part of town thanks to CUPS, and I must say, CUPS is definitely doing a good job contracting good quality and upscale coffee shops in Brooklyn. The food menu here is extensive, from custom crepes to wraps and baked goods. I was looking at their crepes menu which ranges from savories, sweets to breakfast crepes and where you can custom your own. I ordered a Turkish coffee with no idea what it is. I thought it’s a regular cup of joe origins based in Turkey. When I ordered it, the coffee was freshly made right from the beans where the staff grind and asked what sugar I want inside the coffee. The coffee came out to be a small porcelain cup, which reminds of me playing tea. I regret the sugar because it masks the true flavor of the coffee, which was very earthy and sits lightly on my tongue. Definitely a luxurious experience, when I came here it was empty because of the time(afterwork… Which is the time most people stop drinking coffee). The ambience of the place is modern and clean and enough seating for groups and hangout. They even have free wifi!

It took me a while to stop in here because I was unsure whether it was a restaurant, juice bar, coffee shop, or convenience store. It’s kind of all them, I guess, but that’s pretty endearing. Definitely glad I stopped in and grabbed a simple ham and cheese crêpe. I’ve never considered myself a crêpe fan, but this pretty much changed my mind. The fruit and brie crêpe looked awesome also, and I’d definitely stop in here to try more of the savory crepes. Service is really slow, though, and they didn’t do a great job of announcing when our food was ready. It sat on a counter for a while before I noticed it and had to ask whether it was mine. Maybe better for take out?

Hate to give a bad review since the people who work there seem nice, but there’s really no other redeeming values. Really slow service, it’s not that the employees were lazy, it just took them a really long time. Also, pretty expensive which would be fine except for the fact that the food and drinks weren’t great. Unfortunate since there aren’t many other close by café’s, but can’t give more than two stars.

Great crêpe… no complaints. This place is quaint and enjoyable. My school serves ‘crepes’ but they’re a disgrace to the art. Prices are reasonable and the quality is there. I recently had the Jerk Chicken Crêpe and was taken back by how hot the jerk sauce was. Let that be a warning… but welcomed by me as I love spicy food.

I want to give them a better review because the owner is very friendly and the food IS good, but there are too many things that make it less than perfect. I live in the neighborhood and I’ve tried it a few times, enough to form a pretty accurate opinion and unfortunately, things remain the same each time. Most frustrating /negative aspects: 1. They are really, really slow. Like I can’t imagine how it takes THAT long to make one crêpe. Like really, really … really slow. Do not go if you expect to be in and out in five minutes … or twenty. 2. It’s too expensive. $ 9 for a Nutella/banana crêpe is just too much. I can take my almost $ 10 and get an entire meal elsewhere. 3. They are always out of something major(like bagels) and adding new menu items on the spur of the moment — so no guarantee that what you expect to order will be there on any given day. Once I tried to order a brie and ham crêpe(which is on the menu) and was told that they no longer carry ham but that the smoked turkey is «very similar» to ham. Er, not exactly. However, the employees are very friendly and the food is pretty dang tasty. Don’t think I’ll make it a regular place though.

Now that I’ve finally tried Pushkin, I’m a bit disappointed. I ordered the $ 10 lox crêpe, supposedly made of spinach, smoked salmon and cream cheese. However, there was almost no cream cheese on it at all, which was sorely needed in order to cut the extreme saltiness of the salmon. I get that smoked salmon is salty, but holy moses. It was so salty, it tasted like it had been cured for preservation purposes or something. I also think it was a little overpriced based on the amount of food that I got. There was also some confusion with the ‘buy a savory crêpe, get a free coffee’ deal that the ATM told me about. I didn’t realize you had to actually print out the deal like a coupon, so when I asked if I got a free coffee with my order, the lady at the counter wouldn’t let me have the deal. Sorry that I didn’t understand the deal correctly, but using an ATM coupon isn’t really something I’m used to doing, and really, what’s the difference? But now I know, and now the reader knows, so we can all utilize this deal properly in the future. But I still ended up getting charged by my bank for using the ATM($ 3), so really it’s still best to use cash if possible unless your bank is more amazing than mine. Despite all of this, I did think the shop was cute, and I liked the chalk board full of options. Because I live so close, I would go back and give Pushkin another shot.

The place looks very pretty and has big sunny open windows nice ambiance inside. It had some calm music for the first 10 min we were here. People working behind the counter seemed totally uninterested. No smiles. They didn’t have the bagel with egg option that I wanted so I ordered a Mex crêpe. Order took very, long even for just the coffee. Chicken was extremely dry. They don’t allow credit card transactions for less than 25 which is very steep. There’s a free ATM in the corner but that’s a big hassle to spring on someone when there’s a line up. I discovered the ATM prints deals for exactly the thing I ordered after sitting down. Perhaps it’s not their job to mention it but I felt that indicated the servers just don’t care about their customers. Easy bonus points that could have changed the tone of my experience here. The ATM was out of order anyway too. Good thing I had cash. Utensils are all disposable along with the plates. Making the experience to feel cheap. Nice art on the walls.

I am all for hiring people with disabilities, but some people should just not have contact with customers, let alone, be in charge of a cash register. I told the cashier I wanted a combo bagel with cream cheese. She then told me «oh we don’t have bagels with omelet right now. Just bagel with cream cheese or butter». I then reiterated my order. With a large coffee, it was $ 4.74. I hand her a $ 20. She tried to have me back 4 $ 1 bills and a handful of pennies. I remind her that I have her a $ 20. She was flustered and painfully put each coin back in the drawer one by one. Then she fumbled some more and got the $ 15 and started getting all sorts of weird coins that did not equal to 26 cents. I gave her a look and she looked down and put back coins, one by one and then proceeded to hand me 26 cents in the highest amount of coins possible(well almost). Now I have a ton of nickels in my pocket and I am waiting for my food. After about 10 – 12 minutes I get handed my bagel. It was a whole wheat plain bagel with cream cheese. At this point I just gave up and ate it. The bagel itself had the right consistency of crunch and chewiness(hence the 2 stars) but it was marred by the whole experience of ordering the damn bagel. And what the hell is up with their water cups? I’m sorry, but when I drink water I usually drink more than one thimble-full of water. Never again.

I hate to give this place a somewhat negative review because the owner is so nice, but I tried the Mex crêpe here today, and boy oh boy… was I disappointed. The chicken was a ball of dryness and it was really bland. Maybe I picked the wrong one? The crêpe itself was actually really good though, just the contents of the inside wasn’t very good. I also ordered an iced coffee and they didn’t fill it all the way to the top… at almost $ 5 a pop, I think it should be filled to the top… especially since other spots on Myrtle charge $ 2.50 for an iced coffee. In addition, when I try to pay with my debit card, the owner informed me that there is a $ 25 minimum for cards. That’s kind of high, as most places require $ 10 minimum purchase. The owner said I could use the«free» ATM machine, but I told him it’s not really free, as I’ll get charged from my bank for the transaction. I almost wanted to just cancel the crêpe so I could use the cash I had on hand… and after eating it, I really should have. Oh well… not every place I’m hopeful about can be a hit.

If you want an unnecessarily enormous lunch, head over to Pushkin and get yourself a BBQ chicken crêpe. These things are massive, and you will love every bite, and regret it all for the rest of your day. In addition to conspiring with every other NYC restaurant to make me fat, Pushkin is an excellent spot for a business meeting, a cup of tea, or just to post up on your laptop for an hour or two. The Free ATM doesn’t hurt either.

SOYUMMY! This place was amazing AND the staff was great and friendly! We ordered the Formage and the Apple Crisp Crepes! We couldn’t decide which one we liked better. Both were delicious! They don’t skimp on the fillings either which was nice. The only issue was that the vents don’t work well and when the crêpe griddle was smoky, so was the entire dining area. It was freezing outside but they had to door the open, which did not add to the experience. Still I would go back on my next trip!

I just went to Pushkin with a friend for a quick breakfast/brunch meal before going back to sleep. I’ve walked by many times, but I’ve never taken the time to stop in. The crepes looked amazing and I tried some of my friend’s and it was light and flavorful(the breakfast crêpe) and that made me regret my Turkish lentil soup. When in doubt, always go with a nutella crêpe. Next time, I will definitely get that. The seating is perfect for the space and I love the wooden tables and chairs. This is the perfect place to have a good meal, and then get some work done.

I tried the Farmers crêpe and the Nutella with bananas and chocolate ice cream… Heaven! So good and well made. Good place to have coffee or ice cream, be on a computer and chill with friends. Good addition to the neighborhood. 2014 — the quality of this place has gone downhill a bit. It takes a long time to get food and the menu really needs some editing.
